That is the standard global language for the dictators. It couldn't be pretty since the act of abrogating the constitution and breaking the oath is despicable and heinous crimes for any nation .You should be happy at least that process of real accountability is underway . I think the whole Judiciary should have been recused in honor of our hero Musharraf. Why would little spec like us even try to bring Musharraf under justice. It is a mockery of our armed forces to bring them in front of a bloody civilian as a Judge. I agree with your logic.
