THIS CHILDISH THEORY MORE FOCUSES ON WINNING THE ELECTIONS. BUT MISSING THE GROUND REALITY OF UNDEMOCRATIC AND FASCIST REGIME FACTOR IN PAKISTAN. IF WINNING THE ELECTION IS YOUR ONLY FOCUS THEN I SUGGEST IMRAN KHAN THE SHORTEST WAY IN, THAT IK SHOULD COMPROMISE HIS INTEGRITY AND SIMPLY JOIN CORRUPT GANG IN POWER - DO "MUK- MUKKA" THAT IS THE SHORTEST, EASIEST AND THE MOST QUICKEST WAY TO WIN ANY ELECTIONS / SEATS . HE WILL WIN MORE SEATS IN ALL ASSEMBLIES. ITS EASY FOR ANY 3rd CLASS PERSON OR ANY PARTY TO COME INTO POWER WHEN FASCISM PREVAIL. THATS WHAT PPP, MQM, FAZUL REHMAN ANP DID . WHY PTI CAN'T DO THAT ?? WHY YOU SUGGEST LONG WAY FOR IK ? JUST JOIN THE CORRUPT REGIEM IN POWER HE WILL WIN MORE SEATS IN ALL ASSEMBLIES. MR ' SAHAFI ' THIS IS AN OLD AND IMMATURE APPROACH IN THIS ARTICLE THAT YOU HAVE SUGGUESTED FOR IK , FACT IS THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO GIVE PACIFIER IN IK MOUTH TO GET DISTRACTED FROM MAIN CONCERNS AND PREVENTING HIM TO DEAL WITH REAL ISSUE OR ACHIEVE HIS REAL GOALS. BY DOING THAT YOU GIVE TIME TO NAWAZ LEAGUE TO REGAIN HIS LOST GROUND AND GIVE OPPORTUNITY TO COME FORWARD ON FRONT FOOT. THE FACT IS THAT YOUR THEORY IS NOT MORE THAN UTOPIA THAT IGNORE GROUND REALITY OF FASCIST REGIME IN POWER AND THE SAME CORRUPT SYSTEM THAT HE STILL GOING TO FACE IN 2018 ELECTIONS , NO MATTER WHO HE SELECT. NUTSHELL IS EITHER FASCISM NEEDS TO BE UPROOTED OR ELSE HE SHOULD DO MUK-MUKKA. OTHERWISE YOUR THEORY WILL END UP ON DISASTER

If you are looking for common sense and decency you should run from this web site as fast as you can and never look back. People don't come here to make an argument, they come to insult anyone who dares to go against their bread maker.

With that I must admit that you defended the writer of the article in a manner he might have not done himself, I wonder if mrk123 is Nom De Plume for Mr. Ameida.

I am just a sucker for a good discussion. Not expecting decency but just a good discussion. I have come across people
here that disagree vehemently with my viewpoint but were decent enough to not label me as a heretic or call me names.
They put forth their vewpoint and I did mine and at the end of the day we parted agreeing to disagree.
But then there are others.....

In fact I wrote a harsh post but then deleted it because I thought why bother.

Well, I tried to defend Cyril's viewpoint but failed miserably as evident by the name calling. I am just an armchair critic and not Cyril Almeida for sure ;)

I am not sure how indecency can qualify to be "good" even if it is limited to a political discussion. Accepting a different point of view is not merely a reflection of the strength of your logic but a manifestation of the openness of your opponent towards rationality.

A monomaniac will not absorb anything that may shake up his ideals, however this is not the only problem on forums like this, the whole social media is infested with fake people who do not hold an opinion on its merit but because what it is doing for them, they are not ideologues or proponents of an ideology, they are merely beneficiaries of the status quo, thus insult is a weapon of choice, they never challenge the authenticity of the message but try to kill or maim the messenger.

Unfortunately we like or dislike people not because what they say is right or wrong but what we want to hear, political instability, corruption and injustice has created a "gang" mentality, we are divided into socio-political and religious clans not ready to co-exist or corporate, unless a miracle happen our society is destined to implode.
