difference between Italy and Pakistan is Italy is a Chinese tourist magnet. All nights are spent at restaurants and Bars, while in Pakistan nightlife at restaurants is only limited in big cities in limited areas.

All countries with low tourist cities don't have a major crisis. Deaths although unfortunate will be in line with a regular flu season.

Europe didn't start testing and didn't enforce any measures. They admit that they were treating corona symptons like flu and pneumonia.

Pakistan on other was successful in stopping first inflow from china but they couldn't handle secondary patients from Europe and iran.

like People in Pakistan now the Italians took it as a joke. now they have literally collapsed. I am very annoyed at the quom who is treating it like a joke, doing thatta mazak and jugtan. politicians and media is doing politics especially the media playing the role of enemy of the state, one of three cancers in Pakistan.

There are many variables in any pandemic. Age, pre-existing conditions, preventative measures are all important.
Now PANIC causes stress, stress causes increased release of steroids in the body which lower immunity and thus increases the severity of any illness.
