If KPK did not demand this then why in the hell KPK High Court would order KPK to not bring army back as it might have grave consequence?

I have read the statement of CMKPK regarding the Pak army with drawl from malakand actually it was decided to withdraw only 2 troops from 2 districts of malakand not all..yesterday the same statement was made by KPK information minister and he added that this decesion was take with full consensus of pak army..

What if they had only suggested their withdrawal but the media reported that they had approved the withdrawal? And so keeping in mind the Media reports the court may have taken action? I mean yar U-Turn lene ki zarurat hi kia hai? They could have said that they had decided to pull back the army but now after the attack they are taking back the decision.
