It has happend in west and now slowly happening in Pakistan.
They renamed the prostitutes to sex workers thus causing a sympathy for this profession 1st of all. Then slowly there will be organizations that they will form and get more power and trying to get recognized as respectable citizens.
Well many of them have already achieved that status (e.g our film/modeling industry). So that is something that people should be aware of and not show any sympathy to the moral criminals involved in it.

Yes there should be ways of identifying and helping them to become useful citizens of the society rather than being involved in this crime. Giving medical help with the intention of helping them get rid of this profession and live a respecatable life is ok.

But telling them ways of keeping their profession and how they can destroy other lifes, i don't think many people will agree with it.
