I find that amusing, like everything gets checked for whether it is lethal or not. Does that mean we (Pak) have a conscience, and we only let in medicines, and reading material, and their mail................

Everything can be lethal, medicines , reading material. We did witness their war machinery en-route to Afghanistan. Afghan winters are harsh, their fuel consumption would only increase, they will be on their knees, if blockade is prolonged.

Let them use the alternate routes, if they were so feasible they would have been using them from the beginning.

Only Fluel goes through Pakistan. US troops will survive and can manage alternate route if India allows

I'm 100% sure US bast*rds' natural ally the Iranians are providing, US with an alternate thru Bandar Abbas[Iranian port],which is also used by major traders who bypass Pakistani ports due to tariffs and taxes, major smuggling also happens thru this port which then takes goods all the way into Afghanistan, and has been providing Torkham[Pak-Afghan border] with smuggled electronics and other items. Iran will use this opportunity to give US a small cushion, which won't be made public, only to make some money. This is the best time to crush the snake's head by hitting US targets on the south western border of Afghanistan, and bleed these US snakes. If Pakistan wishes to, they can make these US tyrants' suffer more ways than one, apart from closing the supply line.

Yaar koi tu Aqal ke baat karo .From Amritsar to Kabul , even they have to go through Pakistan Air space .And Pakistan can deny permission to use it's air space.

That is true, Pakistan can deny. But Pakistan has an international comitment with India to allow its cargo and passenger aircrafts to pass through its air space. Similarly Indian air apce is used by Pakistani aeroplanes almost daily to reach far east, Bangladesh, Nepal, Srilanka abd Bhutan etc.
