China has been aiding and investing in Pakistan for ages now. So this news is not a surprise to me. Pledging to support with this amount shows that China is aware as well that there are external factors in the killing of Chinese tourist in Skardu.

Since China has big ambitions in Pakistan, they are aware that other countries will try to disrupt their interests. By announcing this support, it goes to show that China will not be swayed by these killings.

The only sad part is that Pakistan never catches the killers and everyone is confused on who is doing this in Pakistan.
