Wow - what a proud moment for BRother Anas -- member of Parliament of Scotland -- the country which was voted as the "best country in Europe for LGBTI (homosexuality) legal equality" in 2015 and 2016 !
Bravo ! Clap ! Clap ! Clap ! Lets raise our wine glasses and cherish and treasure and celebrate Anas' victory !! Cheers !
What beautiful speech . He promises to deliver "great things" . More rights for homosexuals, I presume?
Obviously, our brother has COMPLETELY CONFUSED the true definition of SUCCESS.
What he and his father is proudly celebrating as SUCCESS, is actually, in truth and reality, is nothing but DOOM for him both in this life and the hereafter. How on earth is winning a parliament seat in a non-Muslim homosexuality-sponsoring country a.... SUCCESS? What am I missing here?
The guy talks about redistributing wealth. What on earth does that really mean? The whole free-market neoliberal capitalist system is designed and developed to create and perpetuate economic and social inequalities. The latest 2016 OXFAM reports says that the 1% now own equivalent to the other 99%, and this polarization is only increasing, not decreasing. Is Brother Anas going to challenge this SYSTEM to bring the socio-economic justice which he promises to deliver? Or is he going to confuse widening the tax base to redistribute wealth as his success?
