But what fault do house owners have. Shouldn't Malik Riaz be charged for this land instead of destroying innocent people's costly houses.

This judicial system is a joke. They should rectify mistakes within the system. The land no one willing to buy (Karachi) he made a new city there. Now every one wish to live there. Off course Malik Riaz has done many wrong doings over the years but who have allowed him to do that answer is our system. Now with some calm head do the give and take and make sure next tine this does not happen. So many people's whole lives savings are at stake. These Judges will give decision and will go home but lives of many will be not the same again. There own system plus these so called lawyers are at large and CJ is so scared with them.
No matter what you say or opine about Malik Riaz, in this particular case he's being bulldozed with ill intent!
Bahria has surrendered 400 Kanals of this land... For the remaining 100 Kanal only, Bahria has offered Rs. 5 Billions, which translates to Rs. 5 Crore per kanal....only to preserve 6-8 houses, a public park, a free public dispensary, a Zoo, 2 commercial plazas...
Now this is a vast amount, as the barren land on which these things are built after Bahria development, would not have been worth more than 1 Million max per kanal...
But the Govt is not accepting the 50 Millions per kanal offer from Bahria, demanding 100 Millions per kanal...
Now this is plain blackmailing with might... Nothing else...
This is most likely being done to promote Aleem Khan's failed housing scheme in the vicinity... Else this was an enormous price offered...
Mind all those who talk about Kabza maafia... These are ordinary people 's houses sought demolished... Kabza maafia has earned their profit and are enjoying the best of times... The common man is being guillotined, nothing else...
