Everybody talks in ambigious terms ,if the culprits are recognizable then their names should be made public by the nazim who is responsible for the area, if he can not then probably he should resign in protest of the incident to show that he will not go on where he and the people who elect him are not safe. This is a moral step to be taken.
Ofcourse those responsible for the negligense, mismanagement or conspiracy should be tried and punished.
