I am out of Pakistan but have started poultry n dairy business. This is 2nd year of poultry n 1st year of dairy.

Dairy is more promising but you need to be careful while choosing breed coz all depends on your milk production. You have to have your own land for fooder. Buying from market will take all your profit. Its not very clean job but if someone is committed, he will get rewarded.

Leisure club/ mini minor/Breeze has developed more than dozen brands for various segments. Engine, hitch hiker are new entrant got costumer attraction with unique merchandise and designs.
average cost of franchise 3.5-4.5 million including shop decorate,marketing and merchandise which goes change with season by company.
Leisure club give 35-25% margin on sale. company select a location and decoration of shop .

Lol guys get out of the fools paradise and start living in the real world. The market is full. Unless you have a unique selling point you have no chance. People would hire from India rather than pak for obvious reasons

How many people use the internet in Pakistan? Around 1 crore and the number has doubled in past few years. How many would buy online? Tons with cash on Delivery. My friend sold thousands of IK shirts 2 days before elections only through facebook ads. The response was so overwhleming that he had to shut it down.

Number of people using the internet will keep going up and won't go down. This is where the opportunity lies ;) So get out of your negative mind set or you will not be going anywhere in your life.

Of course. But safest in the sense that at least U have all the money and its value secured. The biggest advantage is that your money in not in thin air.:)

I think it doesn't matter what business you do....You have to treat it like it is love of your life and really get into it. That is the only way to become successful in any field.

Thats right.. thats an advise.. if you have IT business know-how or related to someone who is in IT who can advise you, then you can start.. but if you are good in being a boss, and a good manager of things.. even with not much IT background, can kick off .. you need to be good on internet and researches.. I think everyone has a little or good knowledge of IT these days..

Anything is possible and everyone works differently. Atleast I don't work this way. I need to know what my business is all about. Let's say If the business make php cms and i have 5 projects, ofcourse I won't be able to do it all by myself. That's where I would hire 5 programmers and make them do it. YOu can only make them do it if you know how its done and what it takes to get it done. This is just how I think

in cities majority of people are now using internet so i guess tht wouldnt be an issue....however, i did some research few months back for online business, shockingly there is no payment gateway available in pakistan:( , and offcourse people are afraid to use their credit card anyway....

I agree with you 100%. One of the biggest hurdles in online business in pakistan is mode of payment and security of the customer's advanced payment. And cash on delivery gives you both.

Best for him is to invest 30 lac in government saving scheme and rest of 15 lac can be invested in any already well running shop where there is enough space for two businesses. we commonly see two businessmen operating in the same shop. I doubt the later will him good returns but then everybody needs to spend time.

I am sure that your relative will also want safety of his capital.
If he will fix it anywhere, because of rupee devaluation he will loose his capital. As like 4.5 million rupees are 45 thousand dollars now but after five years 4.5 million rupees will be 30 thousand dollars, so its not profitable.
Bro say your relative to start any business he likes but work experience is compulsory.
Do not ever start any business without its practical work experience.
With practical experience there are 500% more success chances.
