this is rubbish, movement in Baluchistan is indigenous and is going on from 1948, Baluchistan declared independence on August 12th 1947, But Pakistan annexed it by army brutality in march 1948. Unfortunately India is not helping Baluchistan in their endure. Although I wish that India should do that, Baloch people are our blood and India should do everything to save our people's blood otherwise whats the point of having such a big army.
