Salary KAmran Khan will get is about 12 Cror a year, 1 cror per month. right?

Ok link is solid. Thanks. Tell me how you made this company's connection with Hosting of Bad sites???
I'll wait for reply.

Webhosters are usually not responsible for contents of space on server they sell. Only in very special cases they are allowed to look on content and only with special permission to delete or cancel contract.

It doesn't mean that aXact is doing this business.

My sources tell me deal with Kamy Khan was done at 65 lakhs per month (he is getting 40~45) at GEO (these include all perk/benefits like cars, security, transport etc)
-
I never said aXact does this business. but it was "knowingly" hosting sites which served PORN.. It is probably not doing it now (it has become more sensable and now has better deals with US companies for outsourcing and Pak Army is also a big client now.. so no more porn)

You can visit these to get an idea what happened:

I quote from One (remember, these are NOT MY WORDS.. I am just quoting what I read, I dont want aXact lawyers up my ---)

"I know of many of the operations being done by AXACT, as my office VertiCity and their office was in the same bldg. a few of my frnds in AXACT had clearly told me about what was being going on in there. What they show is that their business is about outsourcing software projects like Web Applications, Desktop Applications, Mobile Applications and sometimes embedded softwares as well. It is actually right to some degree, but their real business boosters is in creating n managing PORN sites, providing fake degrees online and selling essays to European students for almost about any topic n institution.

They always post new jobs in major newspapers like DAWN, with a full colored page add, they have lots of jobs to offer at any given time. The market reputation of AXACT is appalling, and also they have very strict rules of working for them. No time limitations, no day-offs on Saturdays, and they hardly give you any other holidays including EID. I would highly recommend not to apply in AXACT, although they really good packages to offer, a total fresher might get 20K to start with.

One thing which I really admire about AXACT is the number of girls they have in their offices, believe me, its about girls sharing 60% of their total staff and that is a lot. And some really kewl ones as well ;). But eversince they have completely shifted to their AXACT HOUSE, we do not have anything to pay attention to any more L

Following is a link, which uncovers some of the mysteries behind AXACT

Information about Bol Network

I recently saw a few videos about the upcoming Bol network and I have a few questions.

1. Does anyone else also think that it's just a lot of 'fluff words' and 'buzzwords' and not any substance behind them? For example:

- which TV network in the world talks about it's executives being leased cars

- or that there are no pictures of any buildings etc, just stock-photoshoped pics of futuristic buildings

- no TV network in the world started with the aim of educating children.

- does anyone else also think that the fatty 'Shoaib Sheikh' is just a con artist with words with no real background in media?

- do you think that all these idiotic photoshoped pics of Bol network are there because of Shoaib's background in a IT website-making company?

2. Do you really believe that Axact (parent company of Bol) is the biggest private sector company in Paksitan as mentioned by Shoaib? or Do you think its a load of fluff. Most intelligent people know that this is not the truth. Why did he say that then?

3. Does anyone really have any real information about physical things like studios, equipment, locations, licences etc. that Bol has? I have not been able to locate any evidence of anything other than photoshop pictures and rumours.

4. Do you think Bol is just a con like Aqua Waqar's Water Kit?

5. Does anyone have any real information about when Bol will be launched? Their website is all vague about launching, but full of jaron and stock-graphics.

It is backed Malik Riaz (some say)

But there is something really fishy going on.

A year ago I posted similar questions on another forum which you are asking.

No one was able to answer.

Looks like a big "Dhong"

Axact is just a facade and almost all the claims they make are just a load of rubbish.

BOL network is actually a Malik Riaz venture which was supposed to start last year but is in jeopardy because of his other business problems.

Malik Riaz is the biggest con artist in Pakistan.

My Dad (a bureaucrat) admires him for his ability to get things done and be good in a system (no matter how corrupt the system is) and for Malik Riaz's survival skills and progress ability...

But I always clash with my Dad over that. Malik Riaz is a con artist and he made his money like that. Just like 'Double Shah'. No one can touch double-shah now, even though he is in jail because he has a lot of money, which he conned from people. Malik Riaz is just like that.

For example: MR said that Arsalan took 34 crore rupees from him, holding a Quran Majeed. To-date he never provided the evidence.

But back to the topic, does anyone have proof that MR is behind Bol?

………Respondents
CONSTITUTIONAL PETITION UNDER ARTICLE 199 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN, 1973 AS A PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION
Respectfully Sheweth:-
1. That Petitioner is a law abiding and patriotic citizen of Pakistan and is a retired employee of Pakistan Television Corporation Limited. During his service spanned over 37 years, he remained President of PTV’s employees union for five years. The Petitioner has firm belief in freedom of speech and right to information as fundamentally guaranteed by Article 19 and newly added Article 19-A of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 and during his employment career and afterwards he has always raised his voice against public actions/omissions which may violate such rights of people of Pakistan.
2. That the august Supreme Court of Pakistan in a case of Tauqeer Sadiq reported as Mohammad Yasin versus. FOP (PLD 2012 SC 132) and in a case of Constitutional Petition No. 59/2011 had held that “our Constitution “contains a whole range of Articles which have a directed nexus with good economic governance and fundamental rights. At the very beginning in Article 3 there is, for instance, an oft-forgotten but eloquently stated directive: “The State shall ensure the elimination of all forms of exploitation and the gradual fulfillment of the fundamental principle, from each according to his ability to each according to his work”. Then there is Article 4 which guarantees the protection of law, not just for life and liberty, but also for the body and property of citizens. Furthermore, there is a whole range fundamental rights, such as the right to life (Article 9), the universal and non-derogable right to a life of dignity (Article 14), the right to engage in business (Article 18) and to hold and acquire property (Article 23), and the right to be governed equally and in accordance with law (Article 25) which have clear economic ramifications. When these articles are read together, we cannot escape the conclusion that the Constitution envisages a political dispensation where good economic governance is a right of the people off Pakistan which they cannot be deprived of.” We had also held that “There is an ever-greater nexus between the proper and independent functioning of regulatory bodies and the economic life of the nation and its citizens.” It is a self evident fact that persons making investments in and through the capital markets of the country will either be attracted to the capital markets or shy away from such markets depending upon the trust and confidence which they have in such markets and this in turn depends upon the rigour and quality of the regulator. Moreover, investments made by the people, being property, are required to be protected through enforcement of the fundamental rights enumerated in the extract from the case of Muhammad YasinSupra.”
3. That the salvation of the country lies in an abiding commitment with rule of law where welfare of the people takes primacy, something that can only be achieved through strengthening civilian democratic institutions, which in turn is dependent upon strong and independent judiciary and strong and independent media.
4. That starting with 9th March 2007, in the form of historic lawyers’ movement, the nation demonstrated a new life and energy and a keenness to take the matters in its own hands to solve the country’s problems. As has been acknowledged by this Honourable Courts, and also by leaders of bar associations and politicians, this new awakening would not have been possible without a dynamic role of the media that sided with democracy and civilian rule and rule of law, as a result of which the dictator, among others, took out his anger against media too.
5. That while the media industry of Pakistan has grown during the last 13 years, it does have some black sheep within it, including some owners and journalist who still take dictation either from private businesses or from establishment. But broadly, there can be no two views that independent and vibrant media, as it stands today, broadly, is a vital asset of our state.
6. That because of its vital position within our country, the Parliament, through Pakistan Electronic Media Ordinance, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as “Ordinance”), has ensured that the ownership of media group should be known to everyone. The result is that all sponsors and owners of media groups in Pakistan are well known to any person and record of them is kept with 3rdRespondent. In addition, 3rd Respondent also requires that when processing applications for new broadcasting licenses, 3rdRespondent has to obtain clearance from 5th Respondent.
7. That the commitment of the people of Pakistan with democracy and with civilian supremacy over national institutions is that despite the last five years being the worst in Pakistan’s history, the people of Pakistan, instead of yearning for martial law, have shown record enthusiasm for participating in election process and in electing a new civilian government.
8. That after the general elections, during the past few weeks a barrage of rumors circulated in social media in Pakistan about the launch of biggest media group, with unlimited funds and that would offer many times the current salaries of journalists that has potential to affect the independence and impartiality of the media sector.
9. That a very strong buzz is that the establishment, is investing huge public funds into such venture to control the present vibrant and independent media. The Petitioner strongly believes that our country can only progress and achieve its place in the comity of nations if the State and its institutions act transparently within the parameters of law and constitution. The purpose of filing this petition is that the Honourable Court may judicially review the actions of official respondents to check whether they have performed their respective statutory functions while granting permission to 11th Respondent, a company whose paid up capital is just Rs. 6 Million to launch biggest media group in Pakistan.
10. That the new media group by the name of AXACT/BOL has announced its launch along with amazing offers, offers that are many times the current salaries to journalists, new Mercedes Benz, scholarships for children etc. but there was no names of investors or sponsors behind this group. The new group seems to comprise of two companies: Axact (Pvt.) Ltd. (hereinafter AXACT) and Labbaik (Pvt.) Ltd. (hereinafter LABBAIK).
11. That the AXACT, the 11th Respondent is a Karachi based company with just Rs. 6 million paid up capital, which claims to be the biggest IT company in Pakistan. Despite the hype and beautiful website, nothing about this company or its business is known. No one knows the name of a single one of its clients in Pakistan. Its former employees claim that the company does not have a single client or a single product. It’s only known business till recent past was hosting porn websites, or websites for fake medicines etc. According to some of its former employees, the current business of AXACT, the 11th Respondent is to draft course assignments, essays, dissertations for bachelor and masters students all over the world along with PhD thesis at a heavy price, an activity that is illegal and criminal all over the world.
12. That the LABBAIK is a sister concern of AXACT, the 11thRespondent, with the same management, but the shareholding is shown to be local (the AXACT (Respondent No. 9) management is shown to be shareholders of LABBAIK, the 12th Respondent just to meet the legal requirement that broadcast license can only be held by a company that is owned or controlled locally.
13. That the following chronology of events shows that how AXACT/LABBAIK have acquired two licenses from Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) 3rd Respondent and how PEMRA, the 2nd Respondent overlooked/violated the law and facilitated AXACT to acquire two licenses:
A. BOL ENTERTAINMENT
i. On 6.12.2006, LABBAIK (Respondent No. 12) acquired from PEMRA (Respondent No. 3) a channel by the name of LABBAIK.
ii. Later, PEMRA (Respondent No. 3) gave permission to LABBAIK (Respondent No. 12) for change of name of its license to AKS.
iii. On 4.3.2013, LABBAIK (Respondent No. 12) applied for induction of four new directors. When applying, LABBAIK (Respondent No. 12) justified induction ‘to seek investment to have more financial liquidity’ for re-launch.’ (It appears that this is when LABBAIK (Respondent No. 12) was purchased by AXACT group though both purchaser and seller concealed it from PEMRA (Respondent No. 3).
iv. On 26.3.2013, PEMRA (Respondent No. 3) wrote to LABBAIK (Respondent No. 12) approving induction of ‘new management.’ (Under PEMRA Ordinance, change of directors is subject to approval by PEMRA. Separately, transfer of shares is also subject to PEMRA approval. As will be explained below, the entire shares of LABBAIK have been sold without any approval from PEMRA).
B. BOL NEWS
i. On 23.1.2008, Asia News Network (Pvt.) Ltd., a company formally owned by Mr. Malik Riaz, acquired from PEMRA a broadcasting license by the name of JINNAH TV, a channel that was not launched for several years.
ii. On 9.4.2013, Asia News applied for change of name of its license from JINNAH TV to BOL NEWS which seems to have been given by PEMRA without delay.

iii. On 30.4.2013, just ten days before elections, and more than five years AFTER grant of license, instead revoking the license, PEMRA gave written permission for transfer of BOL NEWS TV license from Asia News to LABBAIK.
C. PEMRA’S LEGAL OBLIGATIONS
I. Jinnah TV/Bol News License stands withdrawn/cancelled for last 4 years
a. Clause 3.1 of Jinnah TV (now BOL News) license provides as follows:
“The licensee shall commence its licensed service within 12 months within issuance of license and shall inform the authorities one month in advance of the start of its service.”
b. 34 of Jinnah TV (Bol News) license provides as follows:
“The license shall be deemed to have been withdrawn and cancelled in case the licensee fails to commence broadcast operations within a period of one year from the date of grant of license.”
c. PEMRA issued Jinnah TV (which is now Bol News) a license on 23.1.2008. Clause 34 of the license required commencement of broadcasting by a maximum date of 22.1.2009. From 23.1.2009, therefore, the license is to be ‘deemed to have been withdrawn and cancelled’. From 23.1.2008 till today, it has now been more than five years and Jinnah TV (now BOL News) has still not commenced its broadcast operations. (Copy of Jinnah TV/Bol News license attached as ENCLOSURE-I).
II. PEMRA must have revoked BOL NEWS and BOL Entertainment licenses because on 27 March 2013, shareholders of holding company LABBAIK sold all their shares without PEMRA’s permission/approval
a. Paid up share capital of LABBAIK is 500,000 divided into 50,000 shares of Rs. 10 each.
b. According to SECP record, till 27.3.2013, all the shares of LABBAIK were divided between Siddique Ismael and his son Salman Siddique. On that date, they sold the company to outsiders as follows:
Salman Siddique: 1 (original owner)
Siddiq Ismael: 1 (original owner)
Shoaib Sheikh: 12,500 (New owner)
Aisha Shoaib Sheikh: 12,499 (New owner)
Waqas Atiq: 12,500 (New owner)
Ms. Sarwat Bashir: 12,499 (New owner)
c. On the same day, i.e. 27.3.2013, Salman Siddique resigned as CEO of the company and same day, the company filed a new Form 29 with SECP, showing that Shoaib Sheikh, who is CEO of AXACT, shall be the new CEO of LABBAIK.
d. Section 30(1) of PEMRA Ordinance states that “The authority may revoke or suspend the license of a broadcast media by an order in writing:
……………
(d) where the licensee is a company, and its shareholders have transferred a majority of the shares in the issued or paid up capital of the company or if control of the company is otherwise transferred to persons not being the original shares holders of the company.
e. It is clear from above that on 27 March 2013, 99.9 per cent shares of LABBAIK as well as control of the company was transferred to persons who were NOT the original shareholders of LABBAIK. PEMRA must have therefore fulfilled its legal obligation to revoke the license of both Bol News and Bol Entertainment because the sponsor shareholders of the holding company LABBAIK transferred all their shares AND also handed over control of the company to third persons without PEMRA’s prior permission, each of which PEMRA Ordinance itself specifies as a basis for revocation of license.
(Copies of documents filed by AXACT and LABBAIK with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan attached as ENCLOSURE-II and III).
14. That no person can acquire a broadcasting license either from PEMRA or from an existing license holder without written permission of PEMRA. When giving such permission, PEMRA subjects each permission seeker to stringent scrutiny, examining financial strength and credibility of sponsors and also makes the permission subject to security clearance from Ministry of Interior.
15. That there are three ways in which a new person, who has no broadcasting license, may acquire a broadcasting license in Pakistan:
a) From PEMRA itself
b) Purchasing (and transferring) broadcasting license from a company that holds such license, subject obviously to written permission of PEMRA
c) Purchasing all or majority shares of a company that holds a broadcasting license, subject obviously to a written permission from PEMRA
16. That there is absolutely no reason why PEMRA which applies a most stringent criteria (requiring security clearance and scrutinizing financial strength and credibility of applicants etc.) when processing applications for grant of a broadcasting license (‘a’ above), should not apply any of those conditions to the case of a person who seeks permission from PEMRA for acquiring broadcasting license from an existing holder of license, either by purchasing an existing license (through mode ‘b’) or by purchasing majority shares of a company that holds a license (mode ‘c’ above).
17. That by not applying the same conditions and not subjecting the applicants to same level of scrutiny would mean that prospective entrants into media industry who feel that they may not be able to meet the threshold required by PEMRA for grant of new licenses, may bye-pass it altogether by purchasing the license either directly or by buying majority shares in a company that already holds a license.
18. That this is exactly what the new owners of LABBAIK are doing. Instead of applying for a new license that would have required them to submit evidence of financial strength, names of sponsors, source of funding and financial plan, they have purchased a company LABBAIK that already holds two license, for BOL NEWS and for BOL ENTERTAINMENT. The result is that while AXACT/BOL group are out to purchase journalists with billions of rupees, even PEMRA does not know the names of their sponsors and the source of their limitless funding.
19. That PEMRA must immediately subject the new ‘real’ owners of LABBAIK, the sources of their funds, direct them to submit a financial plan for three years and forward their names to Ministry of Interior for security clearance, not just as new directors which they have already done within three days, but as new owners of LABBAIK.
20. That PEMRA must immediately apply Rule 7 to assess eligibility of new owners of LABBAIK and till doing so, must restrain LABBAIK from commencing broadcasting of both Bol News and Bol Entertainment. Rule 7 of PEMRA RULES 2009 state as follows:
“APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF LICENSE shall, in the first instance, be shortlisted by adopting the following criteria:
a) Financial viability
b) Technical feasibility
c) Financial strength
d) Credibility and track record
e) Majority shareholding and management control shall vest in Pakistani nationals
……………..”
21. That there is absolutely no reason why the above criteria should have applied to owners of LABBAIK had they applied for grant of a new license for Bol News but it will not apply to them just because they have acquired the license by purchasing all the shares of LABBAIK, a company that already holds a broadcasting license, something for which, they did not even care to seek permission from PEMRA.
22. That PEMRA must therefore immediately make the new owners of LABBAIK fully subject to Rule 7 criteria and to do so, among other things, demand from them information regarding their sources of funds, their financial plan, their credibility and track record, etc.
23. That PEMRA must send new ‘owners’ of LABBAIK’s name to Ministry of Interior for security clearance, and till their names are cleared, restrain LABBAIK from commencing broadcasting of both Bol News and Bol Entertainment. Rule 9(5) of PEMRA Rules 2009 provides as follows:
‘The Authority shall, within one hundred days from the date of its receipt, take decision on the application for grant of a license subject to clearance from Ministry of Interior ..’
While just days before general elections, PEMRA seems to have sent LABBAIK’s new directors’ names to Ministry of Interior for clearance, which, under former Interior Minister, positively obliged within 3 days, PEMRA did not send the names of LABBAIK’s new shareholders’ names for clearance by Ministry of Interior. Who are they, what is their professional and financial track record, from where have they found billions of rupees to spend on new Mercedez cars to be distributed for free among journalists, all these questions need to be checked by Ministry of Interior.
24. That through their advertisements, the group has offered new Mercedes Benz for journalists. With a paid up capital of Rs. 600,000/- (AXACT) and Rs. 500,000/- (LABBAIK) how can these companies offer cars worth more than one or two crore with a phenomenal salary package is a mystery.
25. That the ‘AXACT’ claims to have billions of rupees at its disposal. Journalists and anchors in all media groups are being offered many times better package than the one that they are drawing at present. Now, with current salary structure of journalists, almost all media groups are making a loss. Even one or two that are earning are doing so with a very small margin. Now why would someone want to throw in billions of rupees in any industry that so competitive that almost all of it is making huge losses every year? Obviously, the object is not to make money but to earn influence or control the media industry of Pakistan. If you cannot bribe journalists or scare them through threats, control them by employing them. Someone has the spare money to employ all the prominent journalists in the country and the object to control the media in Pakistan.
26. That from the conduct of ‘AXACT’ in launching its media group, the following very important question arise, which need to be extensively probed:
WHO ARE FINANCIERS AND WHAT IS THEIR SOURCE OF FUNDS
A. If the investor is a foreigner or foreign government agency, investing hundreds of millions of dollars in Pakistan media, then why SBP has no clue about it? Foreign money could only be invested in Pakistan through legitimate and transparent channels, where both foreign exchange companies and banks are required to report transactions to SBP. But SBP has no knowledge of such a huge foreign investment in media industry of Pakistan.
B. And if there is still foreign investment but not through legitimate means, then it is illegal. It also raised the question as to why a foreigner or a foreign entity or government would want to conceal its name or its investment in Pakistan to purchase its media?
C. If the investor is local businessman, then what is his object in buying influence with billions of rupees? Is this investment taxed money? And why this investment is not being reflected in the paid up capital of the company? Also, why such a person is shy of making his investment and ownership public? Investing in media is not illegal so why so much secrecy?
D. If investment is by Pakistani establishment through public funds, this would be completely illegal because this cannot be done without approval of Parliament. Defense budget may not be used for starting TV channels. And who took this decision and at what level and what is the agenda? How can the establishment be allowed to own and control, as Bol claims as its aim, 50 per cent of Pakistan’s media, and thus be in a commanding position to assess and criticize the performance of civilian institutions like Parliament, Judiciary and elected government, and all that with tax payers money that has been handed over to them for the defence of Pakistan ? And lastly, why such a huge investment of billions of rupees is not being reflected in paid up capital of the two companies?
27. Whether the investment of billions of rupees or millions of dollars is from within or outside Pakistan, how is that investment legally structured because the paid up capital of AXACT is just Rs. 6 million (but it does not directly own Bol News or Bol Entertainment), while paid up capital of LABBAIK (which does holds both these licenses) is just Rs. 500,000? So the investment of billions of rupees cannot be in the form of shares. If it is in the form of loan, where is that loan document and who would lend billions of rupees to a company with a five lac paid capital? (Copy of Dawn Advertisement is attached as Enclosure-IV).
28. That the Petitioner has written formal letters/complaints to the Respondents and have sought information about the affairs of 11th and 12th Respondent but so far have received no response, hence this Petition on the following: (Copies of the complaints are attached as Enclosure-V)
29. That in order to enforce the constitutional obligations as enshrined in Articles 3, 4 and 5 of the Constitution and as well as Article 18, 25 read with 19 and 19-A. The aforesaid Actions are not only illegal, based on malafides and against the integrity of Pakistan, hence, the same are challenged in view of the following amongst:-
GROUNDS
A. Whether the acts of 2nd and 3rd Respondent, while granting permissions to 11th Respondent to acquire licenses are in accordance with law and meets the constitutional and regulatory obligations?
B. Whether the State Bank of Pakistan and Federal Board of Revenue have performed their legal duties to check the source of billions of Rupees that are being poured in 11th and 12th Respondent?
C. Whether the Minister of Interior and Federal Investigation Agency have checked the credentials of sponsor directors of 11th and 12th Respondent?
D. Whether under Section ‘9’ of National Accountability Ordinance 1999, National Accountability Bureau has done inquire/investigations to check that there is any corruption or corrupt practices in the affairs of 11th and 12th Respondents in launching the biggest media group?
30. The Petitioner craves leave of the H’ble Court to raise further grounds at the time of hearing of Petition.
31. That the Petitioner has left no efficacious, appropriate and speedy remedy for redressal of his grievance except to invoke the extraordinary constitutional jurisdiction of this Honourable Court as enunciated in the Constitution of Republic of Pakistan, 1973.
PRAYERS:
In view of above, the Petitioner humbly prays as follows:
1. Direct the 3rd Respondent to forthwith cancel the licenses of 11th Respondent (i.e. BOL News and BOL Entertainment) that has been granted/transferred to it in grave violation of laws, rules and regulations and as the relevant Respondents had failed to decided that the representation/applications submitted to them for violating the relevant laws, provisions, regulations, rules and constitutional provisions.
2. Direct the 1st Respondent, the Federal Government and 2nd Respondent, the Ministry of Information & 3rd Respondent, the PEMRA to submit the entire record of 11th Respondent (AXACT) and 10thRespondent (LABBAIK) with this Honourable Court in view of Article 19 read with Article 19-A of the Constitution of Pakistan.

I have spent some time on this company’s web and facebook pages. at least from the feel of it, its a small time company, which has bought 100K+ facebook likes and nothing else. Its backed by a small out-sourcing software firm. with 20-25 employees max.
something is really not right about this company. (and whatever they are saying and claiming…its fishy)

Job market is buzzing with news of a new BIGGGG news channel.First, check the job advertisements for BOL news channel. their whole focus is on how much they can provide entertainment to their employees. No vision, nothing, complete focus on luxuries.

Some days back, a petition was filed against them, obviously by some other media group.
But good thing is, at least man behind the channel is not hidden anymore. Our good old, Malik Riaz of Bahria Town.

Thank you so much for the post. I really appreciate it.

This is what my thinking was too. It's a small time firm and just conning people into believing that they do something. I mean, I've heard of TRG but I've never heard of Axact until I saw that Bol promo.

It's like Malik Riaz does everything as a con artist, except for his Bahria Town venture (which people / residents are very happy about).

But I've a theory, that in a growing Ponzi scheme, everybody is happy. It's when more people want out than the money coming in, is when the true nature of a Ponzi scheme is exposed. Like Bernie Madoff.

I would like a honest, critical analysis of Bahria Town. Is it a fraudulent scheme? Is it really honest and upright scheme? Are residents / owners really happy with their bahir town real estate? Etc etc.

@aik_sawal, you joined in April 2014, during the great surge of Geo and Noon supporters on this forum. So, we understand if you are worried about BOL.

@Muqadas, your mask of PTI supporter is long been torn apart. By the way pasting a Saleh Zafar's news report in itself an indication of bad journalism. He is among one of the most corrupt Pakistani journalists. A shameless supporter and paid journalist of PMLN.

It is backed Malik Riaz (some say)

But there is something really fishy going on.

Thank you for that.
I voted for PTI.. your comments or your believe cant change that.

Should I post lies against each and every person who is not with PTI? I cant do that.
Should I support every blunt lie/accusation? I cant do that.
I know you guys think that we should burn homes of those who dont support PTI. and we should kill their children. I cant do that.

Does that makes me "Ghadar of PTI" in your eyes? May be
But not hating/cursing everyone makes me a better person. and I am proud of myself for that.

Thanks

Re: Information about Bol Network

But back to the topic, does anyone have proof that MR is behind Bol?
what is ur opinion about mir shakeel??? i was wondering if he still feels pain in his arse. old pains die hard

No, Bahria Town is not a fraudulent scheme... at least not for its residents and consumers.

But Malik Riaz is a land grabber. With the help of DHA authorities, he threaten land-owners (usually poor farmers etc) and grab their land for his schemes on nominal prices.

In fact there were some murders of land-owners, which were blamed on Malik Riaz. But when you are "The Malik Riaz" and you eat and drink with "President of Pakistan" and "Chief of Army Staff", you become untouchable.

One thing regarding Bahria Town residents. Most of its residents belong to elite or upper-middle-class. You have to pay certain (quite substantial) amount each month against maintenance, service charges, security and uninterrupted power supply. So its not a one time expense to buy something in Bahria town.
