Atif Aslam was an unnecessary addition to the beautiful song. Listening the song again and again and been forwarding his parts in the song. It would have been a great song if it was a Gul Panra's solo song.
PS : I am not a typical Atif Aslam hater.

Yeah your kinda right but had very high hopes in this song and Gul Panra's parts are very pleasant while atif aslam is a distortion in the song.

I would say they didnt ruin all, i like sunn way bilori akhan waliya and few more but gotta agree, tajdar e Haram, what were they thinking!!

Those who are praising the current iteration of the oldie goldies, really need to check their standards of good songs. I am no big lover of songs or music, but i can differentiate between a good and a bad one easily.

Singer singing a song without knowing the meaning or getting in character, without a personal vibe, always looses the Characteristic of a Song & composition.

But what can we say of today's standards, where having no standard is A Standard.

By the way, in my opinion, Atif Aslam was really good in "Kuch Is Tarha" & "Bakhuda Tum he ho" (I haven't heard lots of his songs, so i'll stay with these 2). He tried his best in these 2 songs as far as i know.

Yep, you're right. I couldn't find the ruined part - all of the fusion is just lovely.
