اس میں کسی کو کوئی شک نہی ہے کہ خان کا ماضی بہت خراب رہا ہے ، جب تک وہ کرکٹ میں رہا ہے
وہ خود مانتا ہے ، تو ہمارے پی ٹی آئی کے لوگ اسکو کیوں ڈیفنڈ کر رہے ہیں
لیکن اسکا حکومت سے کوئی تعلق نہی ، اس نے کسی ن لیگی عورت سے کبھی ڈیٹ نہی ماری
کسی پاکستانی عورت کو خراب نہی کیا ، جو گند بھی مارا ہے وہ اس معاشرے میں مارا ہے جہاں اسکو برائی نہی سمجھتے
نواز کی طرح ملک نہی لوٹا ، لوگ نہی قتل کیے بلکہ پاکستانیوں کی مدد کی ہے ہمیشہ
اب خان پر یہ اٹیک تو آئے گا اس کے لئے تیار رہو ، مریم خود کو فرشتہ سمجھتی ہے ، جب کہ اسکے کرتوت بھی لوگوں کو پتہ ہیں اور نواز شریف کے بھی پتہ ہیں

The Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
The Honorable Chief Justice of Pakistan,
I am taking the liberty to write to you as a citizen of Pakistan, above and beyond any political affiliation that I may have. I seek your attention as you are the esteemed highest judicial officer of Pakistan, who is duty bound and under oath to tackle injustices and to provide relief to all subjects of the state in accordance to the laws of the land.
Pardon me, but not being a lawyer, or associated with the fraternity, with my information coming from public space such as media. I apologize for being untrained in language used by lawyers, but allow me as a common man to draw your attention in utmost respect that I am of the considered opinion that the honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan seem to me as complacent. It wasn’t too long ago when the Honorable Supreme Court took Suomotu actions on issues that it felt needed intervention and notice for the best interest of the country and its people.
All 3,500 employees are being illegally employed on terminal contract with Pension, Provident and Benevolent Fund since last 19 years, although there are no Contractual employment rules or statutes. The Statutes clearly states that these funds can only be deducted from the Regular Employees. Surprisingly, not even a single employee is considered Regular in COMSATS. The financial position of University, with annual recurring budget is of around Rs. 9 billions, has always been projected as weak due to mishandling. The key positions, like Rector, Registrar, Treasurer and directors of 4 Campuses who are also member of the Board of Governors, are running on adhoc basis since last many years which has led to such a chaotic financial position of the university.
The Interim Rector, Dr. Raheel Qamar has terminated more than 100 employees, right after taking the charge, that too against the judgments of Supreme Court. He is vying for the permanent position of the Rector which again, as per decisions of the apex Court, does not qualify him for any right of selection. The hiring process is continuing besides the ban imposed by the Election Commission of Pakistan. It is pertinent to mention that the revised Charter of the COMSATS University clearly mentions that the incumbent Rector will be the first Rector of University for 5 years. Again he is not the incumbent Rector but the Interim Rector, only. It has become ritual to take illegal decisions and let the affectees spend their time and money in courts.
The COMSATS University is a Public Sector university which comes under the administrative control of Ministry of Science and Technology and the Federal Minister is the Chancellor of this University. Besides imposition of ban on recruitments the COMSATS University has called the meeting of its apex recruitment body, the Selection Board, on April 18, 2018 where the appointments will be made by interviewing the candidates and that too against unsanctioned positions. The COMSATS University has recently terminated more than 125 employees, like me and new appointments are being made on these positions in hassle besides the restriction. The University administration is of the view that the Election Commission has not imposed ban on already initiated appointments.
Today, the person pointing a finger at the malafide activity is the odd man out. As abuse of authority becomes the order of the day, second-rate or faulty systems are introduced to check this trend. The system obviously stands compromised as a result. For this to happen, perhaps some men will have to put their careers, time and money at stake. This is a tall order but not an impossible one as we observe a number of institutions where the abuse of authority is minimal. Incidentally, these are the institutions we call developed.
We do not know what Almighty Allah has destined for us but we hope this appeal will be given due consideration. At last you have taken suomoto in last week of five acting vice chancellors in Punjab and hoping your immediate attention here in COMSATS thank you very much Sir.

I will feel smacking those Pakistani journalists hard who criticized Amir Liaquat for his tweets about Maryam. This woman deserves everything thrown at her. I think PTI should have their gloves off now. This corrupt thugs family had fooled Pakistanis enough from their non-existent "Sharafat". I say nuf.
