I clicked on it & these are all fabricated stories created & edited by people like u & others. There is no authenticity in such so called hadiths. Anyone can put a number of Hadith & then reference to a Hadith book. Remember anything which contradicts Quran is not a Hadith & the things u r quoting are contradictions of Quran.

Original Ibn Ishaq was too violent so they released a watered down version of it called Tabari. The original can no longer be found. Majority of Hadith comes from these books.

It has become the second most reputable source of Islam after Quran. Most of the Sahih Hadith are derived from it.

بی بی سی کے نامہ نگار شہزاد ملک کے مطابق اُنھوں نے کہا کہ ججز صرف مسلمانوں کے ہی قاضی نہیں ہیں بلکہ ہر اس شخص کے لیے بھی قاضی ہے جو اس ملک کا رہنے والا ہے اور قانون کی نظر میں تمام لوگ برابر ہیں۔ اُنھوں نے کہا کہ عدالتیں خواہشات پر نہیں بلکہ قانون کے مطابق چلتی ہیں۔

چیف جسٹس کا کہنا تھا کہ کیا ہر شخص کو اپنے ایمان کا ثبوت دینا پڑے گا۔ اُنھوں نے کہا کہ اعلیٰ عدالتوں کے تمام ججز پیغمبر اسلام کے ساتھ محبت کرتے ہیں اور ان سے محبت کیے بغیر کسی بھی مسلمان کا ایمان مکمل نہیں ہوتا۔

اُنھوں نے کہا کہ سپریم کورٹ نے آسیہ بی بی کی اپیل پر فیصلے کا آغاز ہی کلمہ طیبہ سے کیا ہے۔
