I am a normal Pakistani. So are most of you. What I want to share though, after months of silence on the topics raised here in, is why is the argument we make and present always so polarized? Why must we be so nonsensical and baseless in the pursuit of a good system of governance?

Please. Before we talk on this. I am not a PTI supporter, nor a PMLN one. I have my list of pro's and con's for both sides. But on this forum, what I see is either people claiming the other side to be small-minded bigots, or "burger bachay". Tell me, is your loyalty to a body of political figure-heads who are probably the least aware of your opinion more important than your respect for your fellow human being? Is he or she a lesser person than you? A lesser muslim? Or a lesser Pakistani?

We have to grow out of this immature phase of baseless hate-mongering and political bullying and name-calling. What good does it do you to call someone names, just because they support a different ideology comparative to yours, or a different method to yours? It is only self-obsession and vanity in the realms of which one can believe their opinion to be superior and unquestionable in regard to everyone else on any topic, ESPECIALLY on the topic of national governance, one which will affect all of us equally.

Secondly, I wish to present the unavailability of facts in most of the arguments seen on our forums here. For some reason, Nawaz Sharif's hair-transplant and his fondness of food are more viable questions of character than the claims of his money-laundering and tax fraud. And before this is sparked into yet another fight, the same goes for Imran Khan. How can you possibly make his previous marriage, one which, mind you, is NO LONGER IN EXISTENCE, into a conspiratorial story of him being a "yahoodi agent", when what you should be talking about are his perceived failures in the governance of the province given to him, KPK.

I wish to end this detrimental speech with a small note. Please, learn to respect each other. Your fellow man and woman here is just as valuable, to the world and to Allah, as you are. You are neither superior, nor inferior, to me or anyone else. We are all Pakistani's, and we are all in this fight together. The fight for survival and prosperity. Please, let us not blindly support those who have stolen from us and our families, or failed us in our hour of need. Let us look to the future of Pakistan, and those who can make it a better one, REGARDLESS of the characteristics they have left wanting. We are not going to be affected, in any way or form, by their personal lives, because they, like all the rest of us, will die eventually. As the saying goes "Ashes to ahes, dust to dust". What will remain, is the policy and political spirit that they leave behind, and that is the only aspect of their lives in which we can present our personal opinions, and mould them to our and the nations benefit. It should not matter whether our leader is from PMLN, PPP, PTI, or any other party. It should not matter if our leader is from KPK, Punjab, Balochistan, or Sindh. Because we are all ONE Nation. ONE people. Striving for ONE goal.

Aik parcham kay saye tallay, hum aik hain.

Pakistan Zindabad.
