Are you able to connect to HotSpotShield in Pakistan?

just bought this and to my surprise, instead of getting less speed i'm getting more.

following is what i'm getting on my 1mb connection

as soon i disconnect i get .5mb

does this make any sense?

I am currently using Hotspot Shield Premium APK on my Phone and it is working fine on my Jazz sim. I am in Lahore right now.
