Najam Sethi is trying to confuse people by mixing Article 190 with Marshal Law. They don't mean the same thing.

Also, IK's saying that Army sent a message to judiciary, etc..... is not wrong. Najam Sethi is making it up. Why should Supreme court take a notice of that statement if it's true? Also, how does it show that Army and Supreme Court are doing a sazish against the government. If govt. doesn't implement SC decisions and SC calls in executive - will that be a sazish??? No way.
IK is doing the right thing coz he is bringing a change and showing support to SC. That's absolutely right. The power really lies with people and people should exercise their power. IK is helping people by channeling their anger, frustration, and all other feelings into an the correct intangible which is called POWER.

When Muneeb asked the diff between PTI and PMLN support of judiciary, Najam again lied.....the diff is that Nawaz passed 18th amendment which hampers the powers of judiciary. He also remained silent for years until his "next turn" got into air.

Who says it hampers judiciary?
What will be the judiciary if some corrupt like dogar comes into power?
