Your are absolutely spot on! There is no constitutional term for an individual; only for the parliaments. The constitution only limits the maximum term of the parliaments to five years. This means that the election can be held every year, two years, and so on, but no later than five years. Italy, Japan, UK are some of the examples where governments hold early elections and do not wait for the maximum term.

I strongly believe that this moron has no understanding of the constitution and its intent.
