Before you guys starting jumping up and down at this idiotic article by Orya M Jan, take a few minutes and think what happend last time the Russians left?

Thats right. Theres going to be another power struggle and the warlords left equipped with weapons from the Americans will fight it out once again.

As for a declaration of outstanding victory, I dont know how you can call it that when what is left behind is millions of dead Afghans, an utterly ruined country with no power base and a tough time ahead because of the continuing political and military interference by its pesky neighbors, Iran, Pakistan and India who want to play their own power politics there.

Before you wrote your response you must have known that after this civil war 90 percent of Afghanistan was under Taliban control, there was peace inside Afghanistan.

I neither subscribe to their version of Islam nor your Liberal Fascist Peers but reality is that they have defeated two super powers within the span of thirty years with their will power.

That power will prevail as they are the only organised force to remain till Afganis start disliking them. There will be war, no doubt but on a much smaller scale, who will confront Taliban when Karzai, Abdullah Abdullah et al. will be on first flight to Chicago with Amerian depature.

Before you wrote your response you must have known that after this civil war 90 percent of Afghanistan was under Taliban control, there was peace inside Afghanistan.

It took almost 10 years and thousands of lives and a LOT of meddling from Pakistan to reach that point. Now once again the warlords are fully armed and have all the CIA dollars plus India and Iran meddling more than before. So I can only see the miseries multiply rather than recede.
