Trust me v will get more funds and conversion will be in dollars if someone tell PM Imran Khan or Chief Justice Sir Saqib to ADD Online CREDIT CARD Option on Supreme court website to pay for dam fund. Like u have on different charity website like sehlani, Edhi, etc. Coz overseas Pakistani will use their international credit cards and transfer will be in dollars to Pakistan.
I will also send through it as well and normally people use credit card easily to buy or cut for charities.

There’s no obligation to pay zakaat only in Ramadan, one can pay anytime within the year. But i’m confused if dam fund is elligible for zakaat fund or not.

1. Al-Fuqara (The poor)
Fuqara are the people who live below the poverty line
2. Al-Masakin (The needy)
Masakin are extremely poor and needy people.
3. Zakat collectors
Zakat can be given to the people who are authorized to collect
4. Who converted to Islam
Those who are newly converted to Islam
5. Freeing captives
Slavery is prohibited in many parts of the world
6. Debtors
Zakat can be given to pay off debts of someone
7. In the path of Allah
Those who are striving in the path of Allah
8. Wayfarer (Travelers)
Zakat can be given to a traveler

I don't think State Bank Regulations currently allows that in Pakistan. Also why accept donations by putting someone in to credit card debt.

Same applies to pakistan as well, Pakistan is poor, under debt and zakat to pakistan dam fund falls in category of “giving for allah” as well as it will eventually benefit the humans in the end.

It's for the needy, any Charity or Zakat. That's the bottom line. Consider funding universities or schools with Zakat as that is like curing cancer in Pakistan.

Bro ya to toh mamo hai ya tujhay sirf Allah he khush kar sakta hai. Bhai online donation websites with credit card facility is available. Alhamdulillah I have used it many times and transaction was in dollars. Credit cards r used in normal life with few banks offer pre paid card cards that I am using to do online shopping and payments easily. Baki 100 % people cannot stand with u. App jaisay 10% r always their. Who cannot see positive in anything

At least PAYPAL should be added, I know PAYPAL is not working in Pakistan but Xoom money transfer is part of PAYPAL.

Yes you can.Go to Allied Bank website just select pay for dam and there you can by your credit card as well ( Master Card / Visa)
