Indeed what happened at Kasur is evil and shitan act, all culprits (both active and passive) must be given with exemplary punishment.
NEWSONE is known for Pro Pasha Party activities, but it coverage (anchor Ali Mumtaz) research is well what i have said in my previous comments.
Activity started in 2006 and almost entire village is addict of it, knows about videos and did not speak. Entire village is worth enough for punishment by Allah as given to Qoam i Hazarat Lot AS.

Basically things aggravated over land dispute between feudal lords. Mubeen (associate of Khurshid Kasuri ex Pasha Party) and Zafar (associated with Malik Saeed ex PML N). Zafar got this land on lease by paying RS 92 lakh, which annoyed Mubeen.
So to black mail, this crisis was created. Mubeen with the assistance of Pasha Party and its paid NGOs (Tahira Abdullah)/paid media anchors painted land dispute case as Kasur Sex Scandal. Ali Mumtaz also astonished after discussing with victims, why case is raised after 9 years.
He found Mubeen well active and gathering victims. One of victim Mubeen brought namely Danish is from other village and is associated with shitan gang. But painting himself victim.
Why Mubeen is gathering victims for media question needs answer???
Mubeen is local and knows about this tragedy since 2006. Why his master Khurshid Kasuri is hiding why he is not coming in front of media, as 4-5 Pasha Party core committee members almost daily visit village. Why Khusrheed Kasuri is hiding and quite.
Other thing of key concern is most of FIR application are with Pasha Party activist Mubeen are against Zafar and party, whom he is having land dispute.
SHO is termed with half video, infact this video was snapped when he was dealing with case in Village Panchiat style and Mubeen was present. It was Mubeen and other elders of village who took case back. Though CM Punjab sacked DPO and DSP under political pressure without any fault. As per Ali Mumtaz, victims and families he met, most of them aware it is happening since 2006 (CM Perviaz Elahi and MNA Khursheed Kasuri era) and most of them are aware of these video as easily available in village.

He is heavily paid from Bani Gala for humiliation of PML N MNA/MPA, Police officials and producing fake victims by gathering cocaine addict/characterless boys on daily wages from other villages.
Mubeen is also key character behind humiliation of IG Punjab with the help of London Plan anchors.

JIT is wise step, CM Punjab must order JIT to also investigate Kasur Scandal from 2006 with reasons and evaluation of this evil crime. Besides this, JIT must also focus on role of Pasha Party activist Mubeen to include his funding, Tahira Abdullah NGO role in propaganda campaign and Khursheed Kasuri ex Pasha Party role.

No JC report full of rubbish. General Raheel should take charge of investigation. The problem is police and PML N MPA are linked with this hedious crime, and they way Punjab govt has handled current crisis it seems they were aware of these happennings. After people getting killed in open daylight in model town and no one getting punished, Punjab govt cannot be trusted too select right people for investigation.
So therefore we need an independent body which is army. Under milatary courts people should be trailed and punished.
