Shaikh Al-Suhaybani spoke yesterday from inside the Prophet's mosque in Madinah. Amazing words:
"...and the Muslims became happy when a government (i.e. Mursi) came to rid our brothers in Egypt from the balance of corruption, misguidance, shirk, and innovation. It started out using good judgment and caution but when they smelled the scent of Islam, the Jews and Christians agreed together with wickedness and they brought the hypocrites around them with their money, so these people have the curse of Allah upon them. From the Jews, Christians, hypocrites, those who paid money, upon them is the curse of Allah. By Allah, they will bear the sanctity of those blood that was shed, and look at how they toy with souls and blood of people. Curse them, may Allah curse them!
...and the one who congratulates, this person is in manifest error. I seek refuge with Allah, how do they congratulate when these people went out to return heresy and infidelity to the country, Ummah of Islam. Egypt is the Ummah and dome of Islam, and the leader of the Arab and Islamic nations with its scholars and glorious history."
