Pakistan made mistakes after they took 5 wickets, they went to sleep, fielding bowling was bad captaincy was non existence. Sri lank kept bowling slow balls in the last 10 overs. Pakistan team could not adapt to slow bowling.

In the end we were short of 23 runs if all our hitter fakhar zaman, nawaz, asif, khushdil played some good cricket we would have won it.
Problem with pakistan is either six or nothing whole sirilanka focus on fours, two's and one's.

they are all the domestic cricketers
more than enough chances are given and it is good for Pakistan that they lost

We drop rajasaka catches 2-3 times and in the end paid the price.
Rizwan was there till 14 overs. Sirilanka did 100 in 13th over and they were 5 down.
We did in 14th over and had 8 wickets with some big name in hitting sixers.
30 balls, 60 runs needed very much acheiveable all player had to do focus on four's, two's and few sixes.
But they all like trying to impress someone with their hitting sixes. Asif ali can hit sixes in 4 balls, naseem can hi sixes in 2 balls. Rauf and husnain made hitting in the end with ease.
It wss just bad cricket from pakistan in the middle order.

Rizwan 55 (49), Babar 5 (6), Iftikhar 32 (31); scoring at run a ball with no conviction is hardly going to set the match alight.
SL had to build innings after losing 5 wickets; Pak had 8 wickets in hand at 93-2 (13.2 overs) but showed little urgency. The big hitters can not dig the team out of trouble every time; against Afghanistan, we relied on number 10 to do the big hitting!
