but the supreme Qazi of the country remained silent.... until we were made aware of the innocent life taken....

Deceased's mother wanted to lodge an FIR for her son against people she believed responsible but he never intervened to help her get justice in Arshad's life nor after his life was taken...

Nor did he intervene to get the investigations happen appropriately...

Other people also requested Mr Bandial against custodial torture n human rights violations or at least he was constantly aware through press n media but he remained non-existent...

Innocent women in the country were dragged and inappropriately handled but he never made an effort to show his existence....

But when IK just mentioned he would take legal action against a female judge for not standing against human rights violations and custodial torture, instead of looking into custodial torture the judiciary in his tenure dragged IK for a non-issue...

Common citizens homes were trespassed and mistreatments occurred with families, he remained silent...

Swati and his wife's video released and he was made subject to custodial torture..and the same silence...

Imran riaz khan was taken from police's custody and the silence...

List goes on....

The judge who has saved PDM government by all means. First he assisted in planting PDM then he came to rescue them under the legal cover.

Bundayal is a big disappointment. Constitution violations, human right violations, people are being arrested and abducted again and again in front his junior courts after court decision. Imran Riaz is under abduction more than one month. Enough evidence is available to terminate and arrest SHO, DC and IG. But his fellow judges are so corrupt and so materialistic that they even cannot give a decision. Judges should have gone on strike if their decisions were not being implemented.

Judiciary has become a joke and he is sleeping under the pillow of his ultimate and intellectual patience.

To be honest, I have lost hope from judiciary. Only waiting for help from Almighty.

Its a deep-rooted corrupt system being run by a few thick-skinned pair of hands...

Feel sorry for Arshad Sharif and Imran Riaz's families and all those innocent lives who became victim of brutal forces and the women mistreated. It's all heartbreaking...
