yeah thats good step, but i am afraid wo staff nhn hy jo ke inko effective use of computer, communication and its importance ke bare me ache tareeke se guide kr sake...

Sad thing is that computers are there but has we all know computers need lot of maintenance and there are no fund s of maintenance and appropriate staff in colleges to do that work..........

if you don't have staff that doesn't mean you can't have broadband network, you make an effort and try to get as much staff as you need.
