Problem is, every patwari knows that the 35 puncture tape exists and the only reason its not being released is becuase it implicates a few other innocent bystanders as well. I think PTI did 'Muk Muka' with Najam Sethi that he would give witness that before Elections all power went to Model Town one the request to not raise question about 35 Punctures and PTI agreed, that's why Najam didn't drage PTI on 35 Punctures in Public as well as in JC.

i really don't understand why IK didn't get Dr. Shahid as witness, this would have been huge. He said numerous times, get me as a witness and I will bring evidences. If he didn't have anything it would have been cleared once and for all. One side says tape is real and exists, other says no such tape exists. Bohat ho gaya yaar. If tape exists, release it already.

I really don't understand why they wouldn't atleast question sethi in court. what if some sort of muk-muka has been done or blackmail? Why else would you not use such an important evidence??
