It wasn't Indian education/degrees that enabled them to reach this level, it was American education (yes all of them have US universities degrees).
If you are dead sure about that "quality", please name any single executive in top 100 American companies who doesn't posses American degree as his final university qualification!
If, even then you aren't satisfied with this argument, then have a look at the Chinese guys roaming around in Silicon Valley (and US companies in general), and definitely you will need some paracetamol to reduce the headache (sorry but that's true).

list contains names of 2 indians which hurts
and i have seen same lists while looking profiles of executives in google, cisco etc....
and that shows quality of indian education along with other factors

Come on don't bring religion into this, just admit you were lazy. You can have great a time with your bosses even if you don't drink although I am not sure why you mentioned birthday parties. I mean who stopped you from going those. Also, you could have married too, lots of Pakistani's do that. And finally are you using internet in a prison or something? I mean why don't you go back, whose stopping you? From your comments, one can assume, you are not bounded to Pakistan by your Patriotic feeling then why stay? Family reasons could be one reason but I am not sure, I don't get that vibe from you.

Nobody likes a social outcast. Did you know that most of our guys used to get promoted over shots of vodka? It became a running joke that Job reviews used to happen at the bars. And I would not have believed it until I saw it with my own eyes. lol.

I was social enough. More than my Pakistani friends. I said that I was successful to a large extent myself. I used to go because I could be the designated driver at the end of the party. Because everyone else was too drunk to drive. lol. I did get my promotions. But other's who were Indian got consistently a lot more than I did. Most of them knew full well that they never deserved what they got and used to tell me that I am holding onto my culture and that is what is keeping me back.

I am not bounded by Pakistan due to some misplaced patriotic duty. I am not stupid enough to fall into such childish fascinations of nationalism. Anyone who knows history, knows that nations rise and fall all the time. Who remembers one's sentiments to those long lost nations? Nobody. Time turns all those things to dust. I am not going to spend time and effort over a piece of land that is temporary in itself. I don't have that long a life. I am not an emotional fellow. I am bound by Pakistan like every other Pakistani who is bound to it - Family and the Green Passport which is looked with total distrust and to large extent disgust in the rest of the world.

The first opportunity that comes my way to get off this place, I am gone. Wanna come? ;)

And I thought a brilliant, courageous and hardworking person makes his own opportunities. Environment becomes irrelevant to him giving him success. Remember what Iqbal told about khudi. I assume you are looking for a shortcut, though working hard for that shortcut, but still looking for a shortcut. Which you may or may not find depending on your luck. But will you be contented in the end? Or is contentment only defined by money? I am looking for contentment, although I am not working hard for it(even if I do I am not sure will I attain it) but at-least its in my goal list. Currently you think, better job, more money, great social stature might make you happy but that's only a thought, in actuality you don't know for sure and that's not in your hands, no matter how hard you try.
