It wasn't Indian education/degrees that enabled them to reach this level, it was American education (yes all of them have US universities degrees).
If you are dead sure about that "quality", please name any single executive in top 100 American companies who doesn't posses American degree as his final university qualification!
If, even then you aren't satisfied with this argument, then have a look at the Chinese guys roaming around in Silicon Valley (and US companies in general), and definitely you will need some paracetamol to reduce the headache (sorry but that's true).

list contains names of 2 indians which hurts
and i have seen same lists while looking profiles of executives in google, cisco etc....
and that shows quality of indian education along with other factors
