zaid hamid the always inspiring and look at the bright side of life
Always interesting programs with Zaid Hamid.
Interestingly, he mentioned about politicians being corrupt (as evident from Wikileaks) but did not mention how our Army Generals are also sold out to USA (there was evidence relating to that, in wikileaks as well). Zaid Sahib will never speak against the corruption and sins of Army and ISI. Those who we look upon for our defence are "sellers of Pakistan" but he won't bring that up, unfortunately. More unfortunate is that people don't pick it up. Many people know that Zaid Hamid works for ISI. I am not discounting him. He is a great guy and brings a lot of truths. www.brasstacks.pk has a wealth of information from Mr. Zaid Hamid, but I wish he was impartial and not working for Army and ISI.
While Zaid Hamid is telling about gold, copper and oil not being explored properly by Pakistan government, he is forgetting that Army just ruled the country for 9 years. What did Army do about it? Nothing....so why he tries to demonstrate in his programs that Army is loyal to Pakistan? Unfortunately, our Army is loyal to its Chief and not its country, you buy the Chief, you bought the Army. I wish from the depth of my heart that a miracle happens and Army ranks in file realize that they are becoming part of committing this big sin of selling off Pakistan and not defending it properly. Any jawan who has an aircraft gun, should shoot down drones, without asking any commander as its clear that Pakistani soil is being attacked. Why do they need orders? Where is their oath they take on joining PakArmy?

What is he talking about past government. Yes, the current government is corrupt - they are continuing Musharaf's mission but Musharaf (b-----d) is the one who started this. Please Zaid Hamid Sahib. You are coming accross as a great guy and can play a role in Pakistan, but please do not keep on washing the every continuing sins of ISI and PakArmy.
Actually Pakistan is a Military State and run by Military. Political governments are just "Face". Actually masterminding is Army. Zardari is just there to make money. He is not concerned with anything else. Kayani is running the country and taking all steps.
Totally agreed Zaid sahib, all politicians who are in Assembly and Senate right now are CORRUPT. They are doing the same thing as our Army jawans i.e. blindedly following their leaders and own interests. That is where our Jawans and lower ranks in Army need to understand, when the generals are corrupt and ranks are following corrupt commandments, in effect they are corrupt as well coz they are feeding corruption (though jawans getting nothing in their own pockets). There has to be a movement within Army.
Good question Waseem. Why give credit to Army for Swat and not discredit to Army for drone attacks. Do Armed forces ask government before doing anything. LOL....LOLZZZZZZZ...biggest joke of century. Did PakArmy work in interest of the country when they hanged a guy like BHUTTO (when at the same time Shah Faisal was killed, under the same mission in their countries)??? Do we have an idea what Bhutto could have done for Pakistan if he had not been killed by the Israeli-American-PakArmy conspiracy? Did Army ask anyone when taking over in 1999? THEN WHY ARMY NEEDS HUKUM FOR BRINGING DOWN THE DRONES????? LOL...........SO FUNNY ZAID SAHIB...... I'll again say that you have gained so much respect through your programs. Don't lose that respect by siding with Army all the time. Atleast for the sake of "independent appearance" if nothing else, sometimes criticize ARMY as well. I understand ISI provides your security as well as runs your organization but you have to hold credibility as well. I still like you a lot so don't take it wrong. Just being upfront and honest.
Phir Drama that Army can't do it coz dunya kahay gee fauj siasat mai dakhal dai rahi hai. If the Army or Air Force takes down drones, its not SIASAT. Its protecting Pakistan and ARMED FORCES ARE BOUND TO DO THAT. If Army knows that Foreign forces are doing this so that they can grab nukes of Pakistan and cap them, then why doesn't Army take action. Will Army see Pakistan disintegrating, destroyed, taken over etc. and keep on waiting for government orders??????
Come on guys.....anyone who will believe this bul---t is a political idiot. Army is involved in this corruption. Army is not interested in protecting Pakistan. They will let Pakistan getting destroyed and wait for ZARDARI OR GILLANI orders?????????? What a joke....................Khuda k liye yaaro, kum jhoot bolo or suno.
Totally agreed k America say dosti ziyada khatarnak hai compared to dushmani. Waseem we can take out all the minerals pretty quickly (2 years should be more than enough initially) and get a lot of money and we won't need US or any other aid.
We are MUSHRIK people. Hum actually shirk kar rahay hain. US is an IDOL for us and we worship them. Just think about it guys and girls. Considering them the supreme power...isn't that SHIRK?? Please think well before commenting or rating my post.
We have Mir Jafars and Mir Sadiqs everywhere, even on this forum siasat.pk. I will get bad rating from a few people who are unfotunately foreign settled Pakistanis but don't deserve to be Pakistanis. But then Tipu Sultan, Siraj ud Daula and many more muslim leaders had such people around them.
People who are brave: I invite you to start a discussion on loyalties of Pak Armed Forces. Don't just rank my post as "bad". Give ur well thought comments as well.
