Although I am critics on his some action..but Saqab.Khousa ..Hassan..who are next in line of CJ post..are competitive judges.My only request to CJ..he should have to more speedy and active on Zardari.Nawaz.Model town cases and others like Malik Riaz..Dr..Asam.Anwar
Shejeel..Saad Rafique mega money corruption cases..rather a common Invidual cases like Karamat Khokhar and Pakpatan Gondal cases.these minore cases will not bring any change or benefits for the country and the peoples...

Did this sc judgetake any action against black sheep judges who have ruind the life of poor people and also part of these land graber. Lower court judges decide case against poor because they can pay bribe and uper court judges decide infavour of rich people because they r afraid from rich people. Judical system need to be reform first ever then any other institution.

عدالت کے حکم پر تحریک انصاف کے رکن قومی اسمبلی ملک کرامت کھوکھر سمیت رکن صوبائی اسمبلی ندیم عباس بارا کو ملزم منشا بم کی سفارش کرنے پر طلب کیا جس پر وہ پیش ہوئے۔

دوران سماعت چیف جسٹس نے استفسار کیا کو منشا بم کون ہے جس پر ایس پی پولیس نے عدالت کو بتایا یہ جوہر ٹاؤن کا بہت بڑا قبضہ گروپ ہے، عدالت کے حکم پر کارروائی کی تو سفارشیوں کے فون آنا شروع ہوگئے۔

چیف جسٹس نے ایس پی سے پوچھا سفارش کے لیے کس کا فون آیا جس پر ایس پی نے بتایا ایم این اے ملک کرامت کھوکھر نے منشا بم کی گرفتاری روکنے کی درخواست کی جس پر عدالت نے انہیں فوری طلب کیا۔

چیف جسٹس نے ریمارکس دیے میں دیکھتا ہوں کون یہاں بدمعاش ہے، پولیس کے ساتھ بدتمیزی کسی صورت برداشت نہیں کروں گا اور سیاسی مداخلت کرنے والوں کو نہیں چھوڑوں گا۔۔

اس موقع پر چیف جسٹس نے استفسار کیا 'کیا لوگوں نے بدمعاشی کے لیے ووٹ دیے ہیں، انکوائری میں قبضہ گروپ کی پیروی ثابت ہوئی تو ملک کرامت کھوکھر بطور ایم این اے واپس نہیں جاؤ گے۔

پی ٹی آئی کے رکن صوبائی اسمبلی ندیم عباس بارا نے کہا کہ کیس شروع ہونے سے پہلے میں کچھ کہنا چاہتا ہوں، میرے خلاف ایس پی نے جھوٹے مقدمات درج کروائے، اگر مقدمات میں غلطی ثابت ہوئی تو استعفیٰ دے دوں گا جس پر چیف جسٹس نے کہا 'تم پہلے استعفیٰ دو جلدی کرو، اتنی تم لوگوں میں جرات نہیں کہ استعفیٰ دے دو۔

دوران سماعت ندیم عباس بارا نے نے عدالت میں رونا شروع کردیا جس پر چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ باہر بدمعاشی کرتے ہو اندر انکار اور پھر رونا شروع کردیتے ہو۔

چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ پی ٹی آئی والوں نے بدمعاشی کر کے ڈیرے بنا رکھے ہیں، کسی بدمعاش کو پاکستان میں نہیں رہنے دوں گا
