Congratulation to KPK peoples...Can we get these health cards in Panjab Also???There are only few lakhs gave .but I don't know what is criteria for those H card..One my friend send SMS..but reply is that you are not eligible..while he deserve..many poor also got this card but many still not..This will be dream come true if majority of poor.. lower middle class..middle class will get Health card..this will be miracle..but make sure transparency as many corrupt will able to get this card also..We have new Gov but all departments and peon to top officers are same old corrupt..
