When you prepare isolation centres then things become more complex to provide them with toilets and day to day needs like foods. Then you have to provide food to the remaining people in the family to their actual house. Do we have that much resources? Even the countries that have resources are not doing that. You need to provide income support only. If people are in their own house then the government can focus on hospitals, masks, and ventilators. What will be the the use of these isolation centres later? It is total waste of money. Let the people stay at their own house in better comfort and bring in the hospital only those who are critical and need attention. This is what the entire world including populated & less populated countries are doing.
