In that case even social disntancing will not be helpful if we think like this.
Lockdown for 14 days will tell you who has the virus and who does not and with that, you will be able to focus on those who needs to be isolated otherwise the number will grow and then eventually it will get out of hand

That is true but at least our system would be ready to deal with it better than previously plus the more time you get the more awareness it will bring to the people
