گیس پائپ لائن کے معاملے پرایران کی وارننگ،پاکستان کا ردعمل آ گیا

حکومتی ذرائع نے گیس لائن معاملے پر ایران سے سفارتی رابطے کی تصدیق کردی, پاک ایران گیس پائپ لائن کے معاملے پر ایران سے سفارتی رابطے میں ہیں۔

رپورٹ کے مطابق پاک ایران گیس پائپ لائن سے متعلق ایران نے پاکستان کو اگلے ماہ ثالثی عدالت جانے کے حوالے سے نوٹس دیا تو اس حوالے سے حکومتی ذرائع نے بتایا ایران کے پاکستان کے خلاف ثالثی عدالت سے رجوع کرنے کے معاملے پر پاکستان اور ایران سفارتی سطح پر رابطے میں ہیں۔اس حوالے سے حکومت اس معاملے کا بات چیت کے ذریعے حل نکالنے پر غور کر رہی ہے۔

حکومتی ذرائع کے مطابق ثالثی میں پاکستان کا کیس مضبوط ہے، تاہم نوٹس کے مندرجات کو معاہدے کی پابندی کی وجہ سے خفیہ رکھا گیا ہے۔ حکومتی ذرائع کے مطابق بعض میڈیا رپورٹس میں جرمانے کی رقم پر قیاس آرائیاں کرکے سنسنی پھیلا ئی جارہی ہے,

ایران نے بھی رقم کی کوئی بات نہیں کی ہے۔ میڈیا پر چلنے والی خبروں کا پاکستان کیخلاف استعمال ہونے کا اندیشہ ہے۔ اس لیے ملک کے وسیع تر مفاد میں قیاس آرائیوں سے گریز کیا جانا چاہیے۔ جو بھی معاملات ہیں ان کوسفارتی سطح پر دیکھا جا رہا ہے۔

پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی کے رہنما راجہ پرویز اشرف نے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ وزارتِ خارجہ پاک ایران گیس پائپ لائن سے متعلق امریکی حکام سے بات کر کے فوری طور پر ایرانی قیادت کے تحفظات دور کرے۔
