I think solution for this menace could be that whatever number of reserved seats have been earmarked for the women and the minorities, keep that number. However, they should change the law and make it like...... the women who constitute 53% of the total population together with their vote for the candidate in the general election they should also vote exclusively for the women who wins the party ticket. Similarly the minorities should also vote for the ticket holders of their choice. There should be NO nominations.
Something like this could be a solution.
