You are trying to sell cars so better to keep consistency on your web. Just by chance I saw 110V spec first. I think that text you just copy and pasted from the Canadian company document and do not bother to look at it and correct it.

It's pointless to see what you're showing as I showed you what exactly the car is, and what its correct specifications are. So back off if you've any problem with that. Rather, you should contact the dealer for any further issues.

Ok, I get it. You can disregard the environment friendly factor. Still it's a batter choice. For the batterries, I think batteries are included with the price of car but I don't know the price if somebody wants to buy extra batteries. You can contact the manufacturers here:

There is lot of inconsistency in the specification. Also in some places "mile" are used while in other "km" is used.

Max Range : 50km (Another entry in data sheet it seems the range around 35km)
Max Speed : 40km/h

It could be inconsistent for you because you don't seem to know physics. With the blessings of Almighty, I know little physics and I don't see any inconsistency because it's the way of representing data in appropriate way.
