صحافی عدیل وڑائچ نے دعویٰ کیا ہے کہ جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسی کیخلاف دائر ریفرنس کے معاملے پر دی گئی کیوریٹو ریویو کی درخواست کو واپس لینے کیلئے وزیراعظم کو قائل کیا جا رہا ہے۔

صحافی نے دعویٰ کیا ہے کہ اس حوالے سے ایوان اقتدار سے ہی تعلق رکھنے والی 2 اہم شخصیات کوشش کر رہی ہیں کہ جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کے کیس میں دائر نظرثانی درخواست واپس لے لینی چاہیے۔

انہوں نے یہ بھی کہا ہے کہ یہ وہی شخصیات ہیں جنہوں نے پہلے بھی رائے دی تھی کہ حکومت کو جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسی ریفرنس سے ہی پیچھے ہٹ جانا چاہئے۔

انہوں نے ایک اور ٹوئٹ میں کہا ہے کہ کیونکہ ایوان اقتدار کی ان دونوں شخصیات نے رائے دی ہے کہ ججز احتساب کے معاملے پر ریفرنس دائر کرکے عدلیہ کی ناراضگی مول لینے کی کیا ضرورت تھی، Curative Review دائر کر کے مزید ناراض نہ کیا جائے۔
