پاکستان کا وزیر خزانہ کون ہوگا, متوق وزیر خزانہ محمد اورنگزیب نیا عہدہ سنبھالنے اور ملک کی بیمار معیشت کو درست کرنے کیلئے تین کروڑ روپے ماہانہ تنخواہ اور ڈچ شہریت چھوڑنے کیلئے تیار ہیں۔

محمد اورنگزیب کے قریبی ذرائع نے بتایا کہ متوقع وزیر خزانہ نے اپنی ڈچ شہریت چھوڑنے کیلئے کارروائی شروع کردی ہے، اگرچہ وزیراعظم شہباز شریف نے اپنی کابینہ کا اعلان نہیں کیا لیکن دی نیوز کے ایڈیٹر انوسٹی گیشن کی رپورٹ کے مطابق محمد اورنگزیب میاں نواز شریف سے ملاقات کرچکے ہیں، انہوں نے پیر کو فنانس پر وزیراعظم شہباز شریف کی زیر صدارت ہونے والے اجلاس میں بھی شرکت کی جب کہ اجلاس میں اسحاق ڈار موجود نہیں تھے۔

ن لیگ کے ذرائع کے مطابق وزارت خزانہ میں عہدہ سنبھالنے کے حوالے سے اسحاق ڈار کے امکانات تاریک ہیں، انہیں وفاقی کابینہ میں کوئی اور اہم عہدہ دیا جائے گا جب کہ محمد اورنگزیب کو وزیر خزانہ سمجھا جا رہا ہے اور اسی تناظر میں محمد اورنگزیب نے اپنی دوسری شہریت چھوڑنے کیلئے درخواست دیدی ہے کیونکہ پاکستانی قوانین کے مطابق دوہری شہریت کا حامل شخص سرکاری عہدہ نہیں رکھ سکتا,محمد اورنگزیب بینکوں کے 5 سب سے زیادہ تنخواہ لینے والے سی ای اوز کی فہرست میں شامل ہیں، فی الحال وہ حبیب بینک لمیٹڈ کے چیف ایگزیکٹو افسر ہیں۔

2023 کی ایچ بی ایل کی سالانہ رپورٹ کے مطابق محمد اورنگزیب کو 352 ملین روپے سالانہ تنخواہ اور دیگر مراعات و سہولتیں دی گئیں، اس کا مطلب یہ ہوا کہ ان کی ماہانہ تنخواہ تقریباً 3 کروڑ روپے ہے جس وقت محمد اورنگزیب اپنی منافع بخش ملازمت اور دوہری شہریت کی قربانی دینے کیلئے تیار ہیں، اس وقت یہ واضح نہیں کہ وہ ملک کی کمزور معیشت سے کیسے نمٹیں گے۔

مالیاتی امور کے ماہرین سوال بھی اٹھا رہے ہیں کہ کیا محمد اورنگزیب کو آزادانہ مالیاتی فیصلوں کی اجازت دی جائے گی؟ یہ دیکھنا اہم ہو گا کہ آئندہ ہفتوں میں وہ آئی ایم ایف ٹیم کا سامنا کیسے کرتے ہیں,جمعرات کو واشنگٹن ڈی سی میں ہونے والی پریس بریفنگ میں آئی ایم ایف کے ترجمان نے تصدیق کی کہ عالمی مالیاتی ادارہ 3 بلین ڈالر کے اسٹینڈ بائی ارینجمنٹ پروگرام کے تحت نئی کابینہ کی تشکیل کے بعد اپنا مشن پاکستان بھیجنے کیلئے تیار ہے۔

نئے ممکنہ وزیر خزانہ محمداورنگزیب رمدے کا تعلق کمالیہ سے ہے وہ سابق اٹارنی جنرل آف پاکستان چوہدری فاروق رمدے مرحوم کے بیٹے، سابق جج سپریم کورٹ جسٹس خلیل الرحمان رمدے کے بھتیجے اور داماد، سابق وفاقی وزیر و ایم این اے مسلم لیگ ن چوہدری اسد الرحمان کے بھتیجے ہیں۔
محمد اورنگزیب رمدے نے 30 اپریل 2018 کو بطور صدر اور سی ای او ایچ بی ایل بینک جوائن کیا، ایچ بی ایل میں اس ذمہ داری سے پہلے وہ ایشیا میں مقیم جے بی مورگن کے گلوبل کارپوریٹ بینک کے سی ای او تھے۔

I will try to reply to your points with some facts and figures. Not just superficial words.
Pakistan was on rise until NS was removed in 2017. I call it practically the end of PMLN Govt in 2017. Rest was just a dragging of the feet. Here is the State bank Reserves situation from trading economics. this was the time when we were not in the trap of IMF. You seem like an educated person so i do not need to explain the graph to you. The only thing i have to add is that from 2020 we went under IMF program and the reserves rise it shows is the boost from IMF.

I have separated this point out this is closest to heart. I can forgive IKs every sin but not this one. He killed our cheapest long term deal with Qatar which was basically done to Run three Regasified Liquid NG. Two of these plants are the state of the art in Power generation technology man. These plants were designed to get the maximum possible energy out of the steam. The GE turbines installed in them are only used in US and France. These are so efficient plants that still Qatar and Saudis want to acquire them.
After killing out Qatri LNG deal which was going providing us the LND at 13.5 dollars mmbtu, we bought it at the rates as high as 43 dollars mmbtu rate. How the hell you can run these plants cost affectively ?????
Why the Hell qataris are still drooling over these plants if these are not money generators?
