معاملہ یہ ہے کہ ڈی ایچ اے نے اوقاف کی زمین پر قبضہ کیا ، پرائیویٹ لوگوں کی زمین پر قبضہ کیا ، پولیس ایلیٹ سنٹر کی زمین پر قبضہ کیا حتیٰ کہ ہائیکورٹ کی ٥٠ کنال اراضی پر بھی قبضہ کیا ہوا ہے ، پولیس خوف کے مارے ایف آئی آر تک درج نہیں کرتی ،عدالت جواب مانگے تو ڈی ایچ اے جواب بھی داخل نہیں کرتا ، کل بھی ڈی ایچ اے کا کوئی وکیل پیش نہیں ہوا جب جج نے سی سی پی او اور ڈی ایچ اے کے انچارج کو طلب کیا تو ایک جونیئر وکیل پیش ہوا کہ سینئر وکیل جو حاضر سروس برگیڈئر بھی ہے ، سپریم کورٹ میں مصروف ہے التوا دیا جائے تو جج نے یہ ریمارکس دئے​

بالکل صحیح بات ھے لیکن کرپٹ بار کونسلز اور کرپٹ میڈیا خاموش ھے کیس طرح سے 7/3 کے فیصلے کو 6/4 کے فیصلے سے بدلہ جا سکتا ھے یہ بھی ایک انوکھی مثال بن گئ ھے لیکن حرام بار کونسلز اور حرام میڈیا خاموش ھے

کون سا قانون یہ کہتا ہے کہ 3-7کے فیصلے کو 4-6 سے نہیں بدلا جاسکتا ، یہ کوئی ٹیسٹ میچ ہے کہ پہلی اننگز کا یہ سکور تھا دوسرا کا یہ ہے؟؟

ISPR interns are flooding the comments section of Dawn.com with the white lie that Justice Esa and his family owns property worth tens of billion of rupees. All this propaganda is being done to defame superior judiciary so that either they don’t give any decision against military ( and agencies) in future or if they give some decision against them, the propagandists will say that they had already told that superior judiciary was corrupt.

The relentless propaganda (5th generation warfare) from ISPR interns can only be tackled through information ministry of government of Pakistan but, unfortunately, our current government goes extra miles to support ( and amplify) the propaganda of ISPR interns. During Nawaz time, ISPR interns faced tough time from federal and Punjab Information ministries.

Our current Government is doing all this to please military so that it can complete its tenure of 5 years.
