We need 1000 soldier battalions strike-force roaming town to town, village to village, go through every home.

Isolate the rural population from extremist so they cant be recruited.

Under cover intelligence officers in every village.

Police officers and volunteers deployed all around cities so they can be eyes and ears.

Problem is we have become accustomed to bomb blowing every day and we have stopped caring.

I know that NS govt (or any other govt) can not bring peace in the country in 2 months when the law-n-order deteriorated over a period of 10 years.But, what we want to see is the steps in the right directions to bring peace but I have not found any steps yet except handing over Balochistan govt to Baloch nationalists.

There must have been a whole new anti-terror policy.Ulemas should have been taken onboard.Foreign Policy should have been amended to the possible extent.Saudies must have been told to stop funding Lashkar-e-Jhangvi.APC would have been held even if Imran Khan was not ready to participate.If Army Chief and PM could not have met with IK, then he (ie IK) would have been told catagorically that it was not possible.MQM should not have been made an ally as we know what happend to Karachi peace when MQM was in alliance with PPP during the last five years.You can't bring peace by sharing power with terrorists.Can we share power with TTP or BLA? You can only talk to these outfits and that's it.PMLN must had remembered their alliance of 1997-98 with MQM.If someone says that MQM has seats in parliament but TTP and BLA don't, then we should also keep in mind the way MQM wins from Karachi (i-e thru 100% rigging).With Army deployed iniside the polling stations, MQM can't win more than 4-5 NA seats.If still someone insists that there was peace in Karachi during Mush era when MQM was in-charge of the affairs, then I must remind them that this 'peace' was cloaked in intimidation.Bhatta was given voluntarily in that period (2002-07).Around 300 policemen, who had participated in operation against MQM in 1995-96, were killed in that period.But since these policemen were not killed in a period of one month (rather, they were killed in a span of 5 years, ie 1825 days), so people didn't notice it and the terrorists of PPP (Layari gang) and ANP were in hiding in that period.The conclusion, Karachi will get peace if you hand it over compeletely to MQM gangsters.But, then you will have to live according to their wishes and you also has to give Bhatta voluntarily.If Pakistnis accept this kind of life, then MQM can help PMLN bring peace in Karachi.
