I am wondering if that stupid judge ensured that these khariji Ibleesis were not threatening the relatives with life, or that they did not kidnap one of them.

Qasas is allowed in Islam...if you don't like it I can't help you with that....Pakistan is an Islamic country and have constitution agreeing on Islamic principles...so Qasas is fully valid in pakistan.

Any terrorist who kills in the name of religion or any base i.e sect, ethnicity, race etc should be tried and punished

Again, only your LAST sentence is correct. "Execution must be indiscriminate". No if's and but's. No point arguing about "good" and "bad" criminals.
Any terrorist who kills in the name of religion must be executed, without forgiveness of relatives allowed by Qasas.

It does not matter what color or creed or cult or sect or religion that criminal belongs to. Hence stopping this execution is unjustified.

He has murdered many individuals including an Iranian envoy.... He can be released if all families forgive him which is not the case i believe.
