First of all, you as a politician have no say if Imran Khan stays in the jail or not. He has cases against him; the courts should be deciding the cases in independent and impartial ways. Thus you are committing crimes by interfering in the implementation and working of the justice, which is a crime.

Secondly, if you have done anything wrong, any coming government has the right to charge, prosecute and jail you. You can't use this as an excuse. It means to stop someone from implementing the law and order and jail you for your crimes. You are committing further crimes.
