If this is the level of intelligence of the army Generals then we are better off without an army. Even a 5 year old would know this is a stupid idea.

the whole army has come under the magnifying glass because of the mistakes of a few greedy Generals. Either they change something or be ready to be highlighted for the next twenty years. People will puke on them and use them as scapegoats for anything bad that would happen in the future.
