Well a Leader should set an example. let me give you an example,

if the leader is corrupt, baygharat, characterless as in the case of Nawaz Sharif, now I cannot say it between Allah and him, I want him to be published to the max, at least i cannot consider him my leader. so if Imran Khan or whoever does a crime should be punished.

In case of Imran Khan, it simple if Bushra Bibi says Aidad ho gae to ho gae, aab pahla sohat baygharat patwari nikal aai to kia karain

According to the Islamic jurisprudence the statement made by Bushra is enough. She said that she completed the idat in her house, what she meant that either she didn't co-habit with her ex husband during that period, or she had positive confirmation that after co-habiting she had her cycles completed. There is also a reasonable possibility that she had passed the child bearing age, and she had menopause. In all these scenarios, the evidence provided by the Mufti has nil value.
