Hiding assets is a criminal offence, did pm nawaz shareef sb and his family members do that? In my view, they did.
Did they do so deliberately or by mistake? It has now been established beyond any reasonable doubt that they did so deliberately, why? Because they were given a chance to explain this but they did not or could not.
This point in my view was sufficient for disqualification of pm after which criminal investigation against them should have started but instead 3 judges decided to go into investigation without disqualification of pm which makes no sense to me.
It was a clear case of nawaz shareef and family coming clean but they did not so unanimous decision should have been based upon that point.
Even though I do not agree with 3 judges' decision yet one thing is clear they have not given nawaz shareef and family a clean chit which in itself does not allow pm to remain pm any longer. However it is now up to political pressure to de-seat pm by force or wait till inquiry is complete and decision is again left to scop.
If political parties cannot de-seat pm by force then pm can continue as pm by force which is not a good precedent for future of pakistan.
The main question that arises in this nonsense decision of 3 judges is they have allowed instability to continue for some time now. Why these judges made decision this way puts a huge question mark on wisdom of these judges in my view. It is because it has put the country in an indeterminate state for a time till this matter is decided.
Perhaps people who remain foolish deliberately deserve all this because that is how set up systems and laws of Allah decide things for them as explained HERE, HERE, HERE and HERE.

25. It is further held that upon receipt of the reports, periodic orfinal of the JIT, as the case may be, the matter of disqualification ofrespondent No. 1 shall be considered and appropriate orders, in thisbehalf, be passed, if so required.

سپریم کورٹ کے بینچ کا ذکر تو موجود ہے لیکن کل رات نیوز میں بتا رہے تھے کہ چیف جسٹس نیا بنچ بنائیں گے۔ پاک پاک کی بات درست ہے۔
