Its all about common sense, which bright spark came up with the idea to have fireworks in a closed hall whose interior is draped in loose hanging flammable material.

I see there are a lot of such similar marriage halls/marquees in Pakistan too, its only a matter of time before something tragic like this happens too. Fire safety and fire brigades non existent in Pakistan.

That is right, the safety and fire prevention as well as means of extinguishing the fire is of least importance in countries like Pakistan. I wonder if they even think or know anything about it.
