حکومت نے بجلی، گیس اور اشیائے ضروریہ کی قیمتوں میں ہوشربا اضافے اور مہنگائی کا بم گرانے کے بعد ایک بار پھر بجلیاں گرانے کی تیاری کرلی ہے اور سرکاری ملازمین کی پنشن ختم جبکہ ریٹائرمنٹ کی عمر 60 سال سے کم کر کے 55 سال کرنے کی تجویز پیش کر دی گئی ہے۔


تفصیلات کے مطابق عالمی مالیاتی فنڈ آئی ایم ایف کے مطالبے پر حکومت کی جانب سے قومی سطح پر اخراجات میں کمی کی نئی حکمت عملی پر غور شروع کر دیا گیا ہے جس کے تحت پنشن ختم کرنے اور ریٹائرمنٹ کی عمر کی حد 60 سال سے کم کر کے 55 سال کرنے کی پالیسی زیر غور ہے۔


حکومت کی جانب سے تنخواہوں اور پنشن کا بوجھ کم کرنے کے لیے سول سروس ریفارمز لانے کی تیاری کا آغاز کر دیا گیا ہے تاکہ قومی سطح پر اخراجات میں کمی لائی جا سکے۔ حکمت عملی کے تحت مستقبل میں تمام پبلک سیکٹر کمپنیوں، کارپوریشنز اور مالیاتی اداروں میں نجی شعبے کی طرز پر بغیر پنشن کے پُرکشش تنخواہ اور الاؤنسز پر نوکریاں دینے کی تجاویز بھی پیش کی گئی ہیں۔ اس تجویز کے بارے میں آئی ایم ایف کو بھی آگاہ کر دیا گیا ہے۔


میڈیا رپورٹ کے مطابق اعلیٰ سطح پر تجویز کی منظوری سے وفاقی سیکرٹریز کی بڑی تعداد ریٹائر ہو جائے گی۔ معاشی اور انتظامی اصلاحات کے ضمن میں یہ سب سے بڑی تجویز ہے جس پر عملدرآمد سے نہ صرف آئندہ 5 سال بلکہ مستقبل میں بھی تنخواہوں، مراعات اور پنشن کے بجٹ میں نمایاں کمی کی جاسکے گی۔


سول اور ملٹری پنشن کے سالانہ اخراجات گذشتہ سال 333.35 ارب تھے جو بڑھ کر 346 ارب روپے تک پہنچ گئے۔ ملٹری پنشن 253 ارب روپے سے بڑھ کر 259.77 ارب اور سول پنشن 80.35 ارب روپے سے بڑھ کر 82.221 ارب روپے تک جا پہنچی۔ سول حکومت کے اخراجات کا حجم جو گذشتہ مالی سال کے اختتام پر 402.076 ارب تھا 463 ارب روپے تک پہنچ جائے گا۔ یہ تجویز چاروں صوبوں میں بھی رائج کرنے کے لیے کوششیں کی جائیں گی۔

Bhai we as per your comment whatever prices are going up in Pakistan are just because of PPP and PMLN ill governance but what about around the world? prices are increasing everywhere who is responsible for that. Don't you thing this is well planned game.

I'm asking this question to everyone but till date no one has ever provided the answer. Can you please shed some light.

If you don't have any answer then try to find out why this whole tax system was invented.

Moreover point to be noted a politician never retires but dies, why there is no age limit in politics?

Old age is equally important, its difficult to leave this world with ease.
In country like Pak where already govt has no plan to facilitate the unempolyed and old people have this support, pension is generally not huge. So its automatic welfare of old people, widows and the kids of deceased.

Army officers are getting full pension and also getting jobs in Bahria Town etc. They must not be entitled for full pension when they or their spouse are still working full time.

Screaming Disaster:1- Government will retire (fire) people at the age of 55.
Screaming Disaster:2- At this old age employee will not be able to any business.
Screaming Disaster:3- Phenomena of Pakistan people are getting married late so at the
55 their children will be still in school and will not be able to help their parent

PTI will be beneficiary of this decision.
Screaming Benefit:1- PTI before coming into government announces 1 million jobs, at this time many people are in their 55th year of job who will be fired and new Jobs will be created.

if they have to do business in old age , why wouldn't they do it in their young age ? when they have more energy , why would they work for government if there are no old age benefits?

nt said to do business at old age, i asked for proper investment in young age, we people are very laid back and wait for pension to come. all thrills of life are before retirement age. but lets hope for the best and prepare for the worst.
