If Bajwa really wanted to bring Niazi in govt, he could have at least given him simple majority. When army and ISI rigged elections in 1990 for Nawaz Sharif, they gave him simple majority. Imran got none of that, and he had to rely on establishment backed allies who blackmailed him 24/7.
