Jihad is farz no doubt about it.

But if u r waiting for old fashioned swords , and arrows , then u should know that by the time , the length of sword , and reach of arrows have been changed to thousands of mile , with laser guided bombs ,

U should get ready for this kind of fight...It will be soon starting....

R we ready of the war with this kind of swords and arrows

The last thing I want to tell u that the reference u r couting here , inclding Dr. Israr , Move Modudi , Islahi sahib , ,,, no one was mujahid or did the jihad bis Saief by himself..

They r just talking people , not practical...

Where as our Aqa Rasool Allah was a practical person...

Borther, please don't take word "Jihaad Bis-Saif" in it's literalistic meaning. Jihaad has very vast meaning & you know better than me. Moazzan is doing Jihaad too, Ulema are doing Jihaad, Mubbalig is doing Jihaad, jihaad bin-nafs etc etc etc. Wherever salf used word Bis-Saif or Bil-Qitaal that means in english a "WAR in the Path of ALLAH" & in urdu "ALLAH ki raah main JANG". It would be better for us to not play with the words alone rather look the definition accepted in salf. Over here Saif doesn't mean that we have to use swords in every battle. We have to use the weapons of the era in which we are living.

I 100% agree with you that we should be equipped with modern weapons, no doubt about it.

I also 100% agreed that our Beloved Prophet Muhammad pbuh participated in Jihaad Bis-Saif, but I couldn't get what are you trying to mention here that they are just talking people (about ulema which you mentined). Based on your theory, can we say that Imam Malik, Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Abu Adullah Bukhari (writer of Sahih Bukhari), Imam Muslim, Imam Abu Yousuf, Sheikh Nasiruddin Al-Albaani, Maulana Tariq Jameel, Dr. Zakir Naik etc. are also talking people, not practical (with reference to Jihaad Bis-Saif) ???? ????? .

Brother if you have a disagreement with ulema which you mentioned in your post, it's OK there is no issue. You don't have to read them or listen them.

As a general rule, if any one has a disgreement with any aalim then he/she shouldn't touch the level of ??? in their opposition. No one is perfect.

They have died & they will be answerable to ALLAH for their deeds & statements on the day of judgement. We all will die one day & have to be answerable to ALLAH for our deeds & statements on the day of judgement.

Were these ulema only talking people? ALLAH knows better about it, if it's true they will reap what did they sow. What was in their heart ALLAH knows better.

ابن ماجہ میں ہے کہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے طواف کعبہ کرتے ہوے فرمایا تو کتنہ پاک گھر ہے؟ توکیسی بڑی حرمت والا ہے؟ اس کی قسم جس کے ہاتھ میں محمد(صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) کی جان ہے کہ مومن کی حرمت، اس کے مال اور اس کی جان کی حرمت اور اس کے ساتھ نیک گمان کرنے کی اللہ تعالٰی کے نزدیک تیری حرمت سے بہت بڑی ہے۔ یہ حدیث صرف ابن ماجہ میں ہی ہے۔ تفسیر ابن کثیر سورہ الحجرات

شیخ الاسلام علامہ ابن تیمیہ رحمہ اللہ اپنے بعض مخا لفین کے اقوال نقل کرتے پھر کہتے:
(هذاالكلام فيه اجمال، والمحق يحمله محملا حسنا، وغير المحق يدخل فيه أشياء)
"اس کے اس کلام میں اجمال ہے۔ اور حق پسند آدمی اس اجمال کو اچھائی پر محمول کرتاہے؛ جبکہ دوسرے لوگ اس اجمال میں کچھ چیز داخل کر دیتے ہیں۔" مطلب، اس اجمال کی غلط تشریح کرتےہیں۔

حضرت عمر رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ آپ نے فرمایا تیرے مسلمان بھائ کی زبان سے جو کلمہ نکلا ہو جہاں تک ہوسکے اسے بھلائ اور اچھائ پر محمول کر۔ تفسیر ابن کثیر سورہ الحجرات

عن معاوية رضی الله عنه قال:سمعت رسول الله صلی الله عليه وسلم يقول:إنك إن اتبعت عورات المسلمين، أفسدتهم أو كدت أن تفسدهم) (أبوداؤد: 4888) حدیث صحیح)
"حضرت امیر معاویہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فر ماتے ہوئے سنا، آپ فرماتے تھے کہ:"اگر تو مسلمانوں کے عیبوں کی تلاش میں رہےگا تو ان کے اندر بگاڑ پیداکرےگا یا قریب ہے کہ تو ان کے اندر فساد پیداکردےگا۔
’’
ایک بار فرمایا: ’’میری امت میں تین خصلتیں رہ جائیں گی فال لینا، حسد کرنا اور بدگمانی کرنا۔ ایک شخص نے پوچھا کہ ان کا تدارک کیا ہے؟ فرمایا: جب حسد کرے تو استغفار کرلے، جب گمان پیدا ہو تو اسے چھوڑ دے اور یقین نہ کرے اور جب شگون لے، خواہ نیک نکلے یا بد اپنے کام سے نہ رکے‘‘۔ (طبرانی


سُوۡرَةُ بنیٓ اسرآئیل / الإسرَاء

''اے اللہ! ہمیں حق کو حق ہی کی صورت میں دکھا،اور اُس کی پیروی نصیب فرما۔اور باطل کو ہمارے سامنے باطل ہی کی صورت میں واضح فرما اور اُس سے بچنے کی توفیق عطا فرما''۔

They were the people who never said any thing , but dont did it by them selves...

Their biggest Jihad was talking against the corrupt rules of the time ....

They were not the mulla today wants benefit from ruler...

Thats why the difference of situation today and in their time....

Do u find any person Alim deen , who could stand against Saudi govt . when they invited Americans to Saudi land to fight against Iraq.???

Brother this is my last reply to you on this thread, as it is going off the topic & useless discussion. First of all I didn't post the videos, they were uploaded by our one of muslim brother. I mentioned in one of my reply the reason of this post which you can see below.

1- At which stage Jihad Bis-Saif is initiated.
2- Jihad Bis-Saif is not abrogated منسوخ.
3- Defensive Jihad is not the ONLY option we are left with.
4- There are certain conditions we have to follow for Jihad Bis-Saif otherwise it will be counted as Fasaad Fil-Ardh فساد فی الارض
5- Ikhlaas and Taqwa اخلاص اور تقوی are very important virtues for Jihad Bis-Saif
5- Some people put بہتان on Maulana Amin Ahsan Islahi that he was munkar-e-jihad منکر جہاد, which is not the case."

I already mentioned to you that preparation is very important factor & I am 100% agree with you on this point. I don't know why are you again mentioning it. Read below again.

There is no comparison of Imam Abu Hanifa with Maulana Maududi. You can't compare sky with floor of earth. The reason I mentioned the names as I wasn't able to get what you were trying to say by "they r just talking people". I thought you are saying that these people didnt do Jihad Bil-Qitaal. Now I have uderstood what were trying to say.

What I know is that both Maulana Maududi & Maulana Amin Ahsan went to jail by saying Kalma-e-haq. Their literature is also a witness.

There are mullahs who are corrupt but we can't paint all Aalim with same brush. There are lots of people doing rape & killing innocent people but I can't say to an ordinary person that he could be rapist or killer. Rather than just focusing on mulla we should concentrate our energies how can we be beneficial for the betterment of this ummah. Create unity among muslim brothers rather than critisize each other. Spread message of love. There is enough of hate, fights, factions etc. among muslims. On the day of judgement ALLAH will ask us what we did & what we said.

There must be ulema who stood against Saudi govt. which we are not aware of, as we mostly know them who were boosted by the media.
